Ways to top-up GrabPay Wallet for cashless transactions

GrabPay is a mobile wallet that you can use for a hassle-free cashless payments for Grab services such as GrabFood, GrabRide and many more. By activating this feature, you can unlock more Grab services such as online shopping, paying your bills, buying prepaid load & more. Also, you will earn GrabRewards points for GrabFood, in-store, and online transactions made with GrabPay.

But before you can use the GrabPay wallet feature, you must first activate it. Here's a quick guide on how to activate GrabPay wallet in your Grab account:

After you unlock the GrabPay wallet, you may now add funds to it, which can be used for payment on your GrabFood order, Bills payment, GrabRide request, and any other Grab service. Here are the ways to top-up credits to your GrabPay wallet, either by using the Grab app or InstaPay for bank transfer:

Using Instapay:

GrabPay Philippines has now been added to participating banks and e-money issuers that use Instapay for money transfer. With InstaPay, you can now transfer funds to your GrabPay account in real-time from participating BSP-supervised banks and non-bank e-money issuers in the Philippines. Here are the quick guide to top-up your GrabPay wallet using BDO, Chinabank, Landbank, Metrobank Mobile Banking app as well as GCash, Pay Maya, and Coins.ph app.

To send money via InstaPay, customers need to access their bank’s or e-money issuer’s mobile app or internet banking facility, choose to send to another institution via InstaPay, and provide the required details.
