      Hi, not sure if e-wallet is acceptable.
      If you have an active e-wallet disbursement account, try if you will be able to select it when applying for the loan online via your SSS online account.

      Hi, I think the approval depends on which SSS branch your account is registered with. Some says it takes only a day or too, while others says it took 10 working days before they reply about the enrollment request.             Yes,you can enrol your Metrobank account as Account Disbursement. Once approved by SSS, you can use your Metrobank account for loan application and to receive the loan amount.

            For enrollment, login to your SSS online account, and enrol your account, select METROPOLITAN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY from the bank list and follow the rest of the instruction for enrolling your bank account.

    I have been rejected multiple times. I tried using ATM card and passbook as proof of account. Can I go to SSS office to register instead?

       Hi, not sure if they are accepting enrollment in SSS branch.
       If you need to go to SSS branch, you can set an appointment via your SSS account. Under Member Info – select Appointment System and complete the required details and choose the date available for an appointment on selected SSS branch.

          Hello po, tanong ko lang, last 2018, naka pag loan po ako, yung disbursement account ko po is BPI po, sauccessful naman po, kaso ngayun po mag reloan sana ako, using again my BPI account pero hindi po mag proceed may notification po na ” Your account is to have been deactivated please use other bank accoun” pero active naman po yung bank account ko, ano po ba reason?

             Hi not sure kung bakit di nag-proceed un application mo. pero sa tingin ko baka dahil almost 5 years na un account mo at nagupdate na rin ang SSS online. I suggest, magre-enrol ka na ln uli ng account mo para maupdate sa system ng SSS.

    Hi! I have tried uploading a picture of my atm that shows not my account number because it was given that way. Only the card number and my name is shown. i received an email that says my application is rejected. reason: ACCOUNT NUMBER IS NOT INDICATED.
    i have inputted my account number on the ACCOUNT NUMBER item of the application sheet naman.

    i had two loans before through my company’s HR and they were successful. only this online application it isn’t.

       What I can suggest is make a collage or combine the screenshots to make one photo that includes the required details: account name, account number and atm. and here are the other options as proof:

       ATM Card with Account Number and Name
       Bank Certificate/Statement (issued within the current year)
       Foreign remittance receipt
       Passbook
       Screenshot of online/mobile banking account
       Validated deposit slip

    Hi,
    I having issue to update the bank account and also for selfie photo.
    can you assist us because we having difficulties to upload this even the valid id and bank account was clear.
    the system was to sensitive and even we go to SSS branch they cannot accept over the counter.

    How do you overcome this issue, we cannot proceed to everything to have the transaction to be approved.

       hi, make sure that the photo that you will submit will not exceed 3MB and the format is only JPG or PDF. if it more than 3MB, try to reduce it.
       you can also combine two photos if bank account details is not in 1 pic by using collage option in your gallery, so it show all the details in 1 photo.

    Hello! I’m just wondering if about how many days would it take for a bank enrollment to be approved and activated. The current status is “for approval of processing center” from the previous “for branch approval”. Thanks in advance for the response.

       Hi, I think there is no time frame given for the approval of bank account enrollment. based on other comments here, some only took few days to be approved, but others took more than a week. Sometimes they also send an email for any clarification of what you have submitted. Try to check your Spam folder in your email, minsan baka dun napunta reply ng SSS.

Wasn’t able to delete the comment kasi it was after posting the comment that I have read that there are other helpful comments with the same question in the other link you’ve given. Nevertheless, thanks for the help! I’ll be waiting for a week more and hopefully the bank account gets activated soon enough.

    I just registered my metrobank account in disbursement module , no confirmation received sa email (as always) pero Active na po yung metrobank sa disbursement accounts. does it mean approved/enrolled na po yun ?

       pwede mo na magamit ang approved account sa pagapply ng loan online or pagkuha ng SSS claims…
       Kunwari sa Loan, under Bank, piliin lamang ang approved account, dun mapupunta un proceeds ng loan kapag naprocess na ang loan.

    Hi, I just submitted an enrollment for the DAEM. After clicking the ‘enroll’ button it suddenly went to the “session ended please try again later”, does it mean that I need to submit again? Or it was already submitted? Thank u in advance!

       Hi, to check if you enrollment has been submitted. Go to E-Services – DAEM and go to Disbursement Account tab… if the bank account you want to enroll is display it means it is already submitted, normally with header – For Branch Approval/Center Processing.. and if it is already approved the bank status will show Approved Account.

       Try to click on the inactive disbursement account and see what will it says if reactivation option is available… otherwise i think you need to re-enroll your account…

                Hi there,
                I want to use Gcash or Maya for disbursement account, but your system has no other option to choose when it comes to “Document Type” whereas the available option is “E-wallet (screenshot of mobile app account).”
                Does that mean I only need to upload the screenshot of my Gcash/Maya account?
                Also in the Selfie/Photo section it says that I need to take a photo holding both my ID and ATM, in this case, should that be my phone with my Gcash/Maya account?
                I’m actually having trouble with this, but thank you for your time.

    Hello, Just wanna ask kasi unemployed po ako nung nagbuntis and nanganak po ako. Ngayong ipaprocess ko po Mat benefits ko, employed na po ako. Under Voluntary pa rin po ba ako magfafile? And if rejected po yung 1st DAEM, ilang days po bago malaman if approved or rejected na naman. Thank you po sa pagsagot.

    Hi Admin ask lang po nag apply kami for retirement benefit but late ko ng nalaman yung inenroll ko palang bank account sa DEM ay closed account. I deactivate it already and enroll a new account which is pending for approval pa. Anong mangyayari po kaya dun sa retirement benefit application ko? Baka may idea po kayo salamat

       Online din po ba kayo nagapply para sa Retirement Benefits? Makikita rin po cguro online ang status ng benefit claim ninyo.
       Wait nyo ln maaaprove un new DAEM account para maconsider na dun ilalagay un retirement benefit.
       Pero para po makasigurado, pwede kau magemail directly sa SSS para sa inyong mga katanungan pa.

    I tried to enroll in my mother’s disbursement account but was rejected a few days later. Then I tried again to enroll but after I clicked enroll, it went to the home page. Now I did try and try but the results were still the same. Can you please help me with what I need to do? I just need to finish this right away po kasi. Thank you for looking into this.

       I suggest to enrol a bank account instead of a GCash or Maya account. Make sure all attachment are clear and readable (not blurred).

       Kapag na-open na po page na un, may 2 na makikita ENROLLMENT at DISBURSEMENT ACCOUNT(S).
       Piliin ang DISBURSMENT ACCOUNT(S) at mkikita doon ang status ng na-enroll na account…
       Branch Approval – under process
       Active – Approved account
