One of the SSS Online Services is the Appointment System where you can set your preferred date and time to visit any SSS Branch for SSS-Related inquiries and concerns. By setting up an appointment online, you can save time and avoid the long queues at the SSS Branch.

SSS Online Appointment System
1 Go to SSS website and click the Member button or go directly to SSS Portal Member Login link. Enter your User ID and password. Then, click the Submit button to go to your account.

2 On the home page menu, select the MEMBER’S INFO tab and click the Appointment System.
3 In the drop-down menu, select the purpose of your visit:
- SS Card Enrolment
- Members Data Change (E4)
- Funeral Claim Application
- Death Claim Application
- Retirement Claim Application
- Medical Examination on Disability/Sickness Claim
- Issuance of Certification for Member/Non member
- Issuance of Certification for Pensioner
- Complaints
- EE Contribution Verification
- SE/VM Contribution Verification
- Calamity Loan Application
4 Select the Region.
- NCR
- Luzon
- Visayas
- Mindanao
5 After you have selected the region, you can now select the SSS Branch you want to visit for your inquiries or concerns.
6 Now, select your preferred date when you will go to the selected SSS Branch.
7 Then, choose your preferred time in Available Time Schedule and the Counter Number. While under Concerns, write down your specific inquiries or concerns about your SSS account.
Click the Submit button to confirm your appointment.
8 If you have successfully set-up an appointment with SSS, transaction number will be given together with the details of your appointment. You can take a screenshot or have a print out of the transaction details.
9 You will also receive the Branch Appointment Notification in your registered email address.
Proceed to the SSS Branch on your selected appointment date and time. Come on time and present your SS card or two valid IDs, at least one with photo for authentication. Show the screenshot or print out of your appointment transaction details to the SSS personnel to accommodate your inquiries or concerns.

To apply for an SSS salary loan online, you must have a my.sss account first.
Once you have an online account, login to your account and go to E-Services and select Apply for Salary loan.

i already fill out all the information for the online appointment after i send the submit my lumalabas po na COUNTER SERVICE..
Baka nagerror ln po site nila, try to refresh the page… make sure na makatanggap ng email na successful ang pagset ng appointment…

Mobile number registered in your SSS account is one of the registration preference to open an account online, if you still have that number, you can use it to register an account.
If you do not have any of the registration preference, you can contact SSS by sending an email and ask about your inquiry: onlineserviceassistance@sss.gov.ph, onlineserviceassistance@sss.gov.ph

hi ive been trying to create appointment for several days but the error pls fill out counter service always appear? Where can i find this portion?
You need to select Counter Number (any available number) and preferred time of your visit, then write something under Concerns.. and click Submit button…
i already did but the counter service portion still appears. Also there are no other counter that appears on dropdown, only Counter 1 which I select.

Can u try to refresh the page and see what happens? Then, complete the details again and write something under Concerns tab before clicking the Submit button.
ive been doing that for more than 1 hr already. I already refreshed the page, restart my pc, even checked for upgrade, done with upgrade on system and yet the message still appears. Its a bit frustrating actually, considering that their only available schedule is by December when I will be 7 months pregnant already.

i already did. may i suggest for content? Can you also do a blog on what to expect during visits on govt agencies like SSS? I always have unpleasant experience whenever I visit their office ( no queueing system, guard only accommodate concern so they cannot accommodate concern, no priority for pregnant/senior). etc. It will be a big help for working members who are only filing for leave to process updates only to find out that it will not be successful. thank you.

Make sure to type any word in the Concerns tab or section… once you type your concern or any word, the submit button will be enabled. If still not working, try to refresh the page…
