SSS Online Appointment System
1 Go to SSS website and click the Member button or go directly to SSS Portal Member Login link. Enter your User ID and password. Then, click the Submit button to go to your account.

2 On the home page menu, select the MEMBER’S INFO tab and click the Appointment System.
3 In the drop-down menu, select the purpose of your visit:
- SS Card Enrolment
- Members Data Change (E4)
- Funeral Claim Application
- Death Claim Application
- Retirement Claim Application
- Medical Examination on Disability/Sickness Claim
- Issuance of Certification for Member/Non member
- Issuance of Certification for Pensioner
- Complaints
- EE Contribution Verification
- SE/VM Contribution Verification
- Calamity Loan Application
4 Select the Region.
- NCR
- Luzon
- Visayas
- Mindanao
5 After you have selected the region, you can now select the SSS Branch you want to visit for your inquiries or concerns.
6 Now, select your preferred date when you will go to the selected SSS Branch.
7 Then, choose your preferred time in Available Time Schedule and the Counter Number. While under Concerns, write down your specific inquiries or concerns about your SSS account.
Click the Submit button to confirm your appointment.
8 If you have successfully set-up an appointment with SSS, transaction number will be given together with the details of your appointment. You can take a screenshot or have a print out of the transaction details.
9 You will also receive the Branch Appointment Notification in your registered email address.
Proceed to the SSS Branch on your selected appointment date and time. Come on time and present your SS card or two valid IDs, at least one with photo for authentication. Show the screenshot or print out of your appointment transaction details to the SSS personnel to accommodate your inquiries or concerns.

How to request sss umid
Login to your SSS account online, https://member.sss.gov.ph/members/.
Under the Services tab, then click Data Sharing Consent for UMID Pay Card Upgrade.
Check if you eligible to apply one.
If not, you need to go to any SSS branch but you need to set an appointment first.
You can do it also online, under Member Info, click Appointment System and select the date and SSS branch you want to visit.
I cannot sign in or log in to My. SSS account. I try to do it for 5 days but until now I can’t. Please help me what the best I can do for this situation sir?

Sorry for the late reply. Not sure if you already able to login to your SSS account.
Few thing that can cause your login failure:
1. SSS website is down
2. Internet connection is low
3. Make sure you enter the correct username and password
If all these are ok, and you still not able to login, try to reset your password, just tap the Forget ID/Password icon below the login menu.
If still cannot login, try to contact SSS to inform them your situation.
Try to send an email directly to SSS for your concern:

Mobile number registered in your SSS account is one of the registration preference to open an account online, if you still have that number, you can use it to register an account.

You need to select Counter Number (any available number) and preferred time of your visit, then write something under Concerns.. and click Submit button…
i already did but the counter service portion still appears. Also there are no other counter that appears on dropdown, only Counter 1 which I select.

Can u try to refresh the page and see what happens? Then, complete the details again and write something under Concerns tab before clicking the Submit button.
ive been doing that for more than 1 hr already. I already refreshed the page, restart my pc, even checked for upgrade, done with upgrade on system and yet the message still appears. Its a bit frustrating actually, considering that their only available schedule is by December when I will be 7 months pregnant already.

i already did. may i suggest for content? Can you also do a blog on what to expect during visits on govt agencies like SSS? I always have unpleasant experience whenever I visit their office ( no queueing system, guard only accommodate concern so they cannot accommodate concern, no priority for pregnant/senior). etc. It will be a big help for working members who are only filing for leave to process updates only to find out that it will not be successful. thank you.

Need pa ba ng appointment for senior citizens?
Baka naman hindi na po kailangan ng appointment dahil kasama naman sila sa Priority. Pero kung makakalogin po kayo sa SSS online account nya, pwede nyo na rin iaccess para makapagpaschedule online.
bawal po ba mag walk in sa sss branch? mag a-update po sana ako ng mailing address (e-4). need po ba naka appointment ka online sa site before ka pumunta sa sss branch? TIA
