One of the Online Services provided by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is the online verification of PRC license records and confirm the identities of registered professionals.
There are two ways to verify your PRC License records: Verification by Name and Verification by License Number. To know the process of PRC License verification, read the quick guide below.
STEP 1: Go to PRC Online Services website
Click this link - https://online.prc.gov.ph or https://online1.prc.gov.ph - to access PRC Online Services. And press the Click Here button below the Verification tab.
STEP 2: Verify PRC license either by name or by license number.
There are two ways to check your PRC records:
2. If you have a record, a pop-up window will show your name as Verified PRC Professional.
3. Otherwise, if the record is not found, a message will pop-up in the upper right corner stating that “No results found”.

Have you tried both ways of verification? By name or by license number?
A disclaimer is added to the verification page “DISCLAIMER: This verification service is intended solely for the facilitation of online queries …..While the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) believes the information to be reliable, human or mechanical error remains a possibility, as does delay in the posting or updating of the information.”
So there is a possibility that their online database list is not complete.

Hi, I think there is no online verification to check a PRC license number. You can contact PRC about your concern through email, here is the list of email addresses of PRC, https://www.prc.gov.ph/public-assistance or use the PRC Contact Form for your inquiry.

The license number written on the PRC ID is the registration number. It is a 7-digit number.

Based on the PRC Online Services, https://online1.prc.gov.ph/, you can only verify via name or license number. But still no option to check your license number. You may contact PRC, using their contact form, https://www.prc.gov.ph/public-assistance.

Or much better to contact the clinic/hospital kung saan naka-assign yun doctor to check with his office about your inquiry.
good day! just wanna ask how many months does it take for the change of status to be effective? I change my status from single to married last month and was advise to check updates after a month, but upon checking, I discovered that its still the same as before. I was hoping to renew my license immediately after the change of status. Kindly advise of where can I check updates please.

I believe a change of status in PRC will take 3 months to process. If you applied in any PRC office, they usually provide a claim stub with a date when you can come back to claim the new PRC ID (based on experience 2 years ago). You can renew your license and change your status at the same time, so once the new PRC id is released, it will show your married name.

It should be reflected even though the license is expired. It will show Status: Expired (Expiration Date). For inquiries, you can try to contact PRC via this link, https://www.prc.gov.ph/public-assistance
