               Hi admin, CIMB bank kasi ang gamit ko sa 1st loan and active pa rin naman status nya. Nag 2nd loan na ko and yun pa rin naman ginamit ko approved naman both by employer and sss. No problem naman don? Kasi sabi nila di na daw pala pwede ang CIMB. Is it true po ba? Kasi approved naman eh kaya nga lang wala pang pumapasok sa account ko. Thanks 🥰

         Do I need to proceed to the bank after enrolling my Disbursement bank.
         I did remove my old bank and change it to a different bank.
         When I went to SSS office (waiting for 4 hours in the line), they said I need to enroll first online and submit the form to them. Is that the correct and legal process?

            Hi, I think you just need to wait for the approval of the bank enrollment. based on experience, they replied to me after 7 working days (got rejected as my selfie is not clear). You will receive an email and they will update you about the status if it is approved or got rejected.

            I think they just want to maximize the use of online process and to limit the people going to the branch.

         3x na laging not approve ang disbursment enroled ko. sa banko ng inaply kung disburment nag ask ako kc sabi wait to approval of the bank sabi inapprove n nila.. bakit reject d daw rin nila alam.3x n din ako punta s branch.. . ngayong pang apat n beses 6 days n wala parin reply ang sss. masakit n mga rayuma ko kakalakad at masakit n ulo ko… bakit masyado nyo kaming pinahihirapan.???

    My enrollments were all rejected. They say that my selfie photo does not include POA/ID not included and/or not clear. It’s so frustrating because I made sure the photos were clear and my ID was readable and of course I am holding my ID while taking selfie (doh?) but they all rejected it!! I want to talk to their support about this but their phone line is not working. Is there other way to enroll bank account in SSS?

       I think thats the only way to enrol online. You can try to go to the nearest branch by setting an appointment online. In your SSS account, go to Members Info and Select Appointment System. You can try also to send an email to them to ask your concern:

    It is not possible to add BPI account because on the BPI ATM card the name is not on the same side as the account number. Even when you go on BPI online the account name is not on the same page with the account number.

          Naapproved po yung salary loan ko nung april 22 kaso til now hndi pa natatanggap kc kulang po pla last 2digits yung bank account na naenroll ko sa DAEM kya ngpunta po ako sa SSS mlapt sa amin sabi po i-deactivate ko yung maling account tapos entoll po yung tamang account naeroll konpo yung tamang bank account at approved na din po nung May10.sabi po after maenroll click ko po redisbursement kaso no records found po nakalagay.ano po dapat kung gawin?pakitulungan nyo po ako.thanks

             naapprove na ba un na-enroll mo account? check mo, under E-Services – Disbursement Module, Disbursement Account Enrollment Module… Click mo un Disbursement Account tab – dapat ang nakasaulat ay ACTIVE. Kung Branch Approval pa ang nakalagay, di pa approve ang enrollment. Hintay ka hanggang sa maging Active.

             Kung Active naman, under E-Services – Loans, click mo Apply for Salary Loan.
             Dun mo makikita kung hanggang magkano ang mai-loloan mo.

       Hi, here is a guide to apply for Salary Loan using mySSS, https://onlinequickguide.com/how-to-apply-sss-salary-loan-online/.

       Upon login, under the E-Services tab, click Apply for Salary Loan.
       You must be able to select the Loan Amount and the DAEM (disbursement bank) in that page.
       If it is not available, try to refresh the page or logout and login again just to see if it will appear.
       Double check your approved bank if it is already listed as an active Disbursement Account, go to E-Services — Disbursement Account Enrolment Module — Disbursement account.

    Hello po.

    May question po ako kung anung selfie picture style po yung inattach nyo? third time ko na po kasi nagpasa pero rejected. yung selfie photo is hinahanapan nila ng account number yung ATM card, eh wala naman pomng ganun. ATM card number lang ang showing sa ATM card not the account number po diba based sa sample photo nila sa enrollment.

       Ganyan ginawa ko nung una. Nag submit ako gamit ATM card kso aun nga wala dun ung ATM account number. Nakita ko tong forum na to tas nag submit ulit ako.. ginawa ko screenshot ko ung online banking ko tas collage ko dun sa selfie photo ko na hawak ko valid ID. April 23 ako nagsubmit, waiting pa din ako kung maaapprove yun or hindi, update kita.

       Their system may automatically send your application to the SSS branch where your SSS account is recorded.

       Hi, Yes, active Disbursement Account means it is already an approved account.
       Kung nakapag-apply ka na ng loan, I think dyan na sa account na yan directly ittransfer yun loan amount.
       Kung di ka pa nakakapagpasa, meron din online loan application, punta ka ln sa E-Services tab and select Loans – at piliin dun kung alin Loan type. At sundin ang mga instructions at requirement sa pag loan na nakasaad.

             Yung tungkol sa loan, kung nakapagpasa ka na ng loan application, I think mag-eemail din sila sayo kung approved na rin ba o kung may iba pang dapat gawin.

       What i can suggest is to re-apply again the same account or if you have another bank account na pwede i-enrol.

    Ilang beses na akong nag-enroll sa DAEM at ilang beses ding hindi ma-approve. Yung Proof of Account na “Account Status Report” na galing sa PNB Integrated Remittance System World (IRSW) yun daw ang i-submit sabi ng Bank Clerk sa PNB. Pero ilang beses na dis-approved saying “UPLOADED PROOF OF ACCOUNT IS NOT A VALID SUPPORTING DOCUMENT. Yung ID Card/Document na Driver’s License ko dito sa Canada na dis-approved din dahil sabi “MEMBER NAME NOT THE SAME WITH NAME IN ID CARD/DOCUMENT”. Yung Driver’s License ko kasi dito maiden name ng mother ko ang ginamit ko as MIDDLE NAME imbes na sa father ko nung nag-asawa ako. Hindi ko puedeng ipatanggal dahil yun ang naka-declare sa Citizenship ko dito sa Canada. Hindi pumayag ang SSS na gamitin ko ang MAIDEN NAME nung nag-change name ako dahil dapat sundin ang Philippine Law na kapag ang anak na babae ang nag-asawa ang magiging MIDDLE NAME ko ay ang sa father ko. Yung agency dito sa Driver’s License pumayag na isama yung LAST NAME ng Tatay ko as my MIDDLE NAME pero hindi nila tatanggalin yung MAIDEN NAME ng mother ko. Hindi ko na puedeng ipaayos yung kung ano ang na-i-declare ko dito nung nag-citizen ako sa Canada dahil magkakaroon ng DOMINO-EFFECT sa mga documents ko dito.

    Ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin? Kailangan bang umuwi ako sa Pilipinas para makakuha na any Philippine ID doon para mag-match lang yung SSS Member Name ko sa ID CARD/DOCUMENT?

    Yes! actually nabasa ko naman yung reminders along with the process.. iniisip ko lang baka kaya hindi sya pwede on their end is just for security purposes pero technically pwede naman..wala dinkase ako other choice kase isa lang bank account ko and hindi nila inaaccept yung e-wallet for the mean time.        ito po un nakalagay na reminder under Apply for Maternity Benefit: If qualified, proceeds of the Maternity Benefit will be deposited to your disbursement account. Hence, please ensure that your disbursement account name and SSS registered name are the same.

       I think you can only enroll your bank account via SSS online. You need to have an SSS account to do that. You must access the SSS website, https://member.sss.gov.ph/members/ and login to your account to access the Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM). And you must have email address, to have an SSS online account and to receive further instruction from SSS for any additional request and information.

       Ang approval po ng bank enrollment (regardless kung ano mang bank mo) ay base sa SSS (SSS branch kung saan nakaregister ang inyong SSS account) na magrereview ng inyong account. Mababasa mo sa ibang comments dito, un iba few days ln na-approve na, un iba after a week pa bago maapprove. At base din kung tama ang naipadalang documents (Screenshot). CHeck mo din email mo, minsan nageemail ang SSS sa magiging status ng enrolment.

        If you need to go to SSS branch, you can set an appointment via your SSS account. Under Member Info – select Appointment System and complete the required details and choose the date available for an appointment on selected SSS branch.

        And Disbursement Account Enrollment Module ay ang ginagamit sa pagenroll ng bank account mo na gagamitin sa pag-apply ng Salary Loan. Magkaiba sila pero related. Kapag naipasa mo na ang DAEM application mo, maghintay na maapprove at maging ACTIVE ang bank account. Kapag naging activr na, pwede ka na magapply ng Salary Loan. At sa pagapply ng Salary Loan, may option dun na pipili ka ng Bank account kung saan mapupunta ang amount ng iloloan mo, un bank na un ang inapply mo sa DAEM.

     Sir, stable naman internet connection. ginamit na namin yung laptop at cellphone. jpg format tsaka less than 1 MB yung mga files na naupload. less than 1 minute na yung bilis namin sa pagpindot ng mga buttons haggang “submit to sss”. nag attempt na kami ng ilang ulit for 2 days, during and after office hours. each time, log out muna kami tapos panibagong log in kasi yun yung sinabi sa amin. lagi pa ring “Connection was reset”. Ano po ang masasabi naman ninyong solusyon nito?

        Anong browser gamit nyo? Chrome, Mozilla or Safari? Try nyo iopen account sa ibang browser and check kung magiging successful ang pagsubmit.

     Good Day approved na po ung disburstement account ko kaso thru e-wallet ( GCASH ) di kasi na approved ung PNB bank ko po.. e 8 days ago na ano na po ba susunod kung gagawin wala din option kung how much pwede ko pong maloan? salamat po

        Yes, i think pwede naman. What i can suggest, samahan mo n ng copy ng marriage certificate yun ID mo, basta un file size ay mas maliit pa rin dun sa Max size in MB na required.

     May i ask for a help regarding my loan disbursement account enrollment, I emailed it last April 17 @3pm but until now i didn’t received second email to them for the confirmation if my disbursement is approved or not. heres my transaction number: The email they send me first:

     Hello,

     Ganu po katagal bago ma process yung requirements for disbursement approval? Nung unang try ko po kasi, mali yung docs naipasa ko, na reject po agad within a few hours lang. Next ko na process, may mali na nman, na reject din within a few hours same day.

     Pero nung tama na yung mga docs ko, ilang araw na po ako naghihintay. Pag umabot na 3 days, kinacancel ko then apply ulit. Lately ko lang nabasa na 5-10 days processing nung mga docs for disbursement approval. April 26,2023 po last ko pagpasa, May 01 na po ngayon, should I wait na lng po ba for confirmation or need ko i-contact yung SSS regarding this? Thanks
