GrabPay is a mobile wallet that you can use for a hassle-free cashless payments for Grab services. By activating this feature, you can unlock more Grab services such as online shopping, paying your bills, buying prepaid load & more. Also, you will earn GrabRewards points for GrabFood, in-store, and online transactions made with GrabPay.
To unlock your GrabPay wallet in your Grab account, read the quick guide below:
1 On the main dashboard, tap the Grab Wallet icon to start the process.
2 To activate your GrabPay wallet, tap the Continue button. As a mobile wallet licensed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, GrabPay is required to verify the identity of all Grab users.

3 Enter your legal name as written in your ID. Make sure your name matches your government-issued ID. Then, tap the > icon for the next step.
4 Select your Nationality and press > icon to continue.
5 Enter your date and place of birth. Make sure that the information you will enter matches your government-issued ID. Then, press > icon.
6 Select a valid government-issued ID from the following: Passport, TIN ID, NBI Clearance, UMID, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID, Postal ID. Take a photo of the front and back side of your valid ID. Then, tap > icon.
7 Enter your current home address. GrabPay will make sure your personal details are safe and confidential with them. Tap the > icon.
8 Once you have successfully activated your account, your GrabPay Basic Wallet is now unlocked. If you prefer to upgrade it to Premium Wallet, press the Upgrade button.

You can download the Grap app, using Google Play for Android phones or download in the Apple Store for iPhone and iPad users. Click the icon below and it will be directed to Grab mobile app.  You can also find this mobile app by typing Grab in Google Play or Apple Store search tab.
