BDO Unibank introduces a new mobile wallet, BDO Pay. It is a mobile app where you can send and request money, pay bills, and Scan to Pay feature. The best thing here is no cash-in is required as your account will be linked to your BDO Online banking accounts.
The BDO Pay app is available to download in Google Play Store, App Store, and Huawei App Gallery. Once installed, you can use your BDO Online banking login credentials to register your account. If you do not have a BDO Online account yet, you must enroll your account first online. You can check these quick guides on how to enroll your BDO accounts online.

If you already have a BDO Pay app but you cannot login or forgot your password, here’s how you can reset your BDO Pay login access:
Transfer Money to ShopeePay
As one of the feature of BDO Pay, you will be able to send money from your enrolled BDO account to any BDO account and non-BDO account number via Instapay. For this guide, it will show the steps to transfer funds from BDO to any ShopeePay account.
- In the main dashboard of BDO Pay, tap the Pay icon in the bottom menu.
- A list of features will appear and press the Send Money button.
- To transfer money to a ShopeePay account, select Via non-BDO account number.
- Tap the Receiver’s Bank/Wallet field.
- Search or find ShopeePay via InstaPay in the list of banks/wallets.
- Enter the following details and press the Send button.
- ShopeePay account number or mobile number
- ShopeePay account name
- Amount to be transferred
- Source account (your enrolled BDO account)
- Review details and tap Confirm button to process the transaction.
- The transaction has been successful. A payment reference number of the transaction will be displayed.
Note: Below the Receiver’s Bank/Wallet field, you will notice a Service Fee: As of September 30, 2022, there is a P10 additional fee per transaction.
