Cannot access your BDO Pay app? Was it blocked for some security reasons? Or have you use a different device to access the app? For this guide, it will show the steps on how can reset your password to access your BDO Pay again.
1 You must download the new BDO Online app first. This new BDO app is linked to BDO Pay, so if you successfully log-in to the new BDO Online app, you can also log in to your BDO Pay app using the same login credentials. Please also note that this new BDO Online app is totally different to the existing BDO Digital Banking app so it will not affect to the current password of the latter app.
To verify that you are downloading the official BDO app, check the app information and make sure that the Provider/Developer of the app is Banco De Oro Unibank, Inc.
2 Once you installed the BDO Online app, tap the Need Help? button below the login menu. Then, select from the 2 options: if you forgot Username or if you forgot Password. An OTP will be sent to your registered number to verify that it is your account. After OTP confirmation, you can set a new password.
If you have a BDO Digital Banking app, you can use the same username and just reset the password. Please note that if you change the password for BDO Pay, it will not affect the password in your BDO Digital Banking app. Or if you prefer, you just use the same password for your convenience.
3 And when you have successfully reset your password, you can now log in to the BDO Online app. An OTP will be sent again to your mobile number for verification. Then, for added security, you will be ask to set-up a 6-digit PIN.
4 Now that you able to login to the BDO Online app, you can now also login to your BDO Pay app.
Open your BDO Pay app, enter your registered mobile number and login using the username and password you use for BDO Online app.
An OTP will be sent again to your mobile number and you need to enter the 6-digit PIN you have set earlier. Once successful, it will be directed to the BDO Pay main dashboard.
