Below is a quick guide to online registration and account verification to login to your account to check your SSS contributions online.

 

STEP 1: ONLINE REGISTRATION

  1. Go to SSS website and click the Member button or go directly to SSS Portal Member Login link. Click the Register button below the login menu to proceed.

2. A new window will open showing a selection of information to choose for SSS registration. Select one of the options on which you have a record on SSS. If you have the latest SSS payment receipt, you can choose the Payment Reference Number or Payment Receipt Number. 

3. The member registration form will appear. Fill-up the details needed to complete the registration.

i. Account Information. First, enter your CRN or SS Number. Next is to provide your email address and retype it to confirm. Then, type your desired User ID and confirm the same. User ID length must be 8-20 alphanumeric characters and the first letter must be a letter. No other special characters except for underscores (for example: Juan_delaCruz_1234).

ii. Personal Information. Write down your full name and birth date. 

iv. Local Mailing Address. Enter your local mailing address in the provided slot from house number up to the province and including the postal code.

4. Enter your latest Payment Reference Number or Payment Receipt Transaction Number.

5. For additional verification, enter the code shown. Tick the box to accept the Terms of Service. Then, click the Submit button.

6. If all information provided are complete and correct, a new window will open stating that you have successfully completed the account registration. To verify your account, SSS will send a message to your registered email address. Check your email after a few hours to see the verification link.

STEP 2. ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

1. Check the registered email address for the SSS Web registration notification. This message will give the link to activate your SSS account. Click the clicking here in the message to continue.

2. A new window will open and it will tell you to set a password for your account. Length of the password must be 8-20 alphanumeric characters. The first character must be alphanumeric. No special characters and must be different from the User ID. Once you have entered your preferred password and correctly confirmed it, click the Submit button.

3. A message will pop-up stating that the supplied information will be sent to SSS. Click OK to continue. 

4. Your account is now activated. Go back to login menu to log on your account.

To login to your account, go back to the SSS login menu and enter your User ID and password. Then, click the Submit button to go to your account.

      Try to send an email to SSS first about your inquiry before visiting SSS branch, as I think they are implementing appointment system for visiting their offices.
