Hi Marichelle, Can you check kung yun SSS mobile app mo ay yun latest version? If not, try to update it in your app store.

    2. Admin - Ali Chavez

Kung updated naman un SSS Mobile app mo, what I can suggest:

      1. Sign-out and re-login, and try the payment process again.
      2. Restart your phone, then launch SSS Mobile app, and try the payment process again.
      3. Delete the SSS Mobile app and re-install, and try the payment process again.

Kung ganun pa rin, baka may bug yun app.
Try the app after a few days. 😀

Pero yun last transaction ko gamit credit card, ok naman at successful (last Saturday ln, May 16)

      Hi,

Have you tried to refresh the page?
Have you tried to check it via SSS mobile app?
Or you can try via SSS text.

Register first, SSS REG (SSS Number) (bday in mm/dd/yyyy format) and send to 2600

Once registered, inquire via SSS PRN (SSS Number) (PIN) (Bday)

PIN will be send via text too…
      Here’s the complete list,

Hi! I paid via Visa debit card using PRN. But it is not yet posted in my SSS contributions. The amount has been deducted from my Debit account already.

    1. Admin - Online Quick Guide

Hi, normally it will take at least 3 working days before the paid contribution will be posted.

  4. Irene

Hi, would you happen to know if the system allows payment using US credit card?

    1. Admin - Online Quick Guide

Hello, based on SSS press release statement, “And since the SSS app now accepts all VISA, Mastercard, and JCB credit, debit, and prepaid card payments through the PayMaya Checkout payment gateway, even overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) abroad can ensure that their membership contribution payments are up to date even if they are not physically present in the country.”

Not helpful! Been trying to pay my salary loan but there’s no option to pay using this app. Tried also the website but same thing, it will just generate the PRN and no option to pay

    1. Admin - Online Quick Guide

I think the SSS mobile app only cater payment for SSS contributions. While for the website, it can generate a PRN so you can pay your loan via payment centers like Bayad Center, GCash, Pay Maya, etc.

Once you generated the PRN for your loan, you can pay it via GCash or Pay Maya. Go to Pay Bills – Government – and select SSS Loans – RPTL, enter the PRN you have generated and the amount to be paid.

  6. Melanie

Hi, I generated a PRN to pay my SSS membership contributions. Will it accept payment using any debit/credit card outside our country as I only have passbook? Please let me know if it is supported. Thanks.

    1. Admin - Online Quick Guide

Hi, i haven’t tried this option (using card issued outside Philippines), so I cannot confirm that.
But, I saw an Inquirer article related to your inquiry.

“And since the SSS app now accepts all VISA, Mastercard, and JCB credit, debit, and prepaid card payments through the PayMaya Checkout payment gateway, even overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) abroad can ensure that their membership contribution payments are up to date even if they are not physically present in the country.”

    Hello,
I would like to ask if I can go back paying July 2022- December 2022 contribution thru cc payment. The app only shows 2023 and 2024. Can I still pay my voluntary contribution on these dates or should I just go to the branch?

    1. Admin - Online Quick Guide

Hi, If the date is not available online, the best thing is to go the branch and ask if the previous years missed can still be paid…
