Pag-IBIG Fund officially launched the Virtual Pag-IBIG website page as the online portal of Pag-IBIG Fund Services last December 12, 2019. Using Virtual Pag-IBIG, you can now have access to your Pag-IBIG savings and existing loans by registering an account. Online payment facilities for monthly savings and loans are also available. Other services like online membership registration and loan application are now possible using Virtual Pag-IBIG website

1. Be a Pag-IBIG Member
If you are not a Pag-IBIG member yet, you can register online and get your permanent Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID). Go to Be a Member tab and click the Register button.
A new window will open for Online Membership Registration. Click the Continue button on the page to start your registration online.
2. Verify Membership ID (MID) Number
For new members who register their account online, you will be receiving the Registration Tracking Number (RTN) via text message. Use this tracking number to check know the status of your application.

To verify your MID number, on the Home page, select the Be a Member tab and click the Verify MID No button.
Fill out the form in this next window. Enter the Registration Tracking Number (RTN), your Last Name, and Date of Birth. Then, click the SUMBIT button.
A pop-up message will appear with your permanent Pag-IBIG Membership ID Number. (This MID number was received two days after online registration)
3. Apply for MP2 (Modified Pag-IBIG 2) Savings
The MP2 Savings is a special savings facility with a 5-year maturity, designed for Pag-IBIG Fund members who wish to save more and earn even higher dividends, in addition to their Pag-IBIG Regular Savings. For more information about this, click here.
To apply for MP2 Savings online, under the Be a Member tab, click the Apply for MP2 button.
A new window will open for Modified Pag-IBIG II Enrollment. Enter your Pag-IBIG MID No, Last Name, First Name and Date of Birth. Then enter the captcha code and click the SUBMIT button to continue with the enrollment.
4. Create a Virtual Pag-IBIG Account
There are three ways to create Virtual Pag-IBIG account: (1) via Pag-IBIG Loyalty Plus Card, (2) Open an account online and activate at the nearest Pag-IBIG Fund Branch, and (3) Account Creation for OFWs.
(1) Create Account via Loyalty Card Plus
If you have a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus, click the Click Here button below the image. In the next page window, enter your Pag-IBIG MID Number, Partner Bank (Union Bank of the Philippines or Asia Union Bank), and the last 4-digit of your Loyalty Card Plus Number. And click the Proceed button to continue registration.
(2) Create and Activate your Account Online
If you do not have a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus, select the Create and Activate your Account Online option. Provide your Pag-IBIG MID Number, Full Name, Date Birth, and mobile number to receive OTP. Then, click the Proceed button to continue registration. After that, complete the forms and prepare a copy of any 2 valid IDs which you need to upload for verification. And wait for a text message once your account has been activated.
(3) Account Creation for OFWs
If you are an OFW, use this tab to create your Virtual Pag-IBIG account. Provide your Pag-IBIG MID Number, Full Name, Date Birth, and Philippines mobile number for receiving OTP. Then, click the Proceed button to continue registration. After that, complete the forms and prepare a copy of any 2 valid IDs which you need to upload for verification.

5. View Pag-IBIG Records
Once you have an activated Virtual Pag-IBIG account, you can now have access to your Pag-IBIG records. It includes the details of your Regular Savings, MP2 Savings (if you have one) and Loan Records (if any).
To login to your Virtual Pag-IBIG account, go to the login page and enter your email address and password, then click the Login button.
On the left menu, go to the PRODUCTS tab and select the Regular Savings to view your Pag-IBIG Records.
A new window will open and it will show the details of your Pag-IBIG Records.
6. Manage Pag-IBIG Loans
A. Apply for a Housing Loan
To apply for a Housing Loan, select the Manage Loans and click the Apply a Housing Loan button.
A new window will open for Online Housing Loan Application. Click the Continue button to start the application.
B. Apply for Interest Re-Pricing
If you have an existing loan, you have the option to apply for Interest Re-Pricing. To do that, select the Manage Loans and click the Apply for Interest Re-Pricing button.
A new window will open wherein you need to sign in using your Housing Account Number and Pag-IBIG MID No or RTN. Click the SIGN IN button to start the process.
C. View Loan Status
If you apply for a Loan Status, you have the option to view the status of the loan. Under Manage Loans tab, select the View Loan Status button.
A new window will open and you need to complete the form to know the status of your loan. First, select the Type of Loan (Housing Loan or Short Term Loan), then enter your Pag-IBIG MID No and your Last Name. And click the SUBMIT button to know the status of your loan.
7. Pay Online - Savings and Loans
To pay for your Pag-IBIG Savings and Loans online, select the Pay Online tab on the home page and click the type of Savings or Loan that you need to pay.
8. Chat with a Pag-IBIG Fund service agent
For any inquiries and concerns about Pag-IBIG services, you can have a chat with a Pag-IBIG Fund service agent 24/7, using the chat with us feature of Virtual Pag-IBIG.
Click the avatar on the lower right of Virtual Pag-IBIG Home page. Complete the form and select the specific concern that you want to ask or clarify. Then, click the Submit button. A Pag-IBIG service agent will get back to you to address your concern.
