DiskarTech is a digital bank powered by Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC). It is a mobile app which you can download to your smartphone. Once the app is installed, you can open an account and save money with 6.5% annual interest (as of December 2022).
You are not required to have an existing RCBC account to open a DiskarTech account. You just need to complete the required personal information and submit one valid government ID for account verification. Creating an account is via the app. Read the guide below to download the Diskartech app and create an account.
One of DiskarTech’s features is paying Government fees. It has a separate icon from the Pay Bills on the main dashboard, so you can go directly to the Government category. But you can also access the government list from the Pay Bills feature. Here is the list of government agencies available in DiskarTech app:
- National Home Mortgage Finance Corp
- Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF)
- Pilipinas Teleserve
- PSA Serbilis
- SSS Contributions
For this guide, it will show the steps on how to pay Pag-IBIG services using the DiskarTech app:
Pay Pag-IBIG Membership Savings
Pag-IBIG Membership Savings or the Regular Savings is a mandatory monthly savings or contributions that members need to pay every month. The minimum contributions per month is P200.
With DiskarTech app, you can pay the contributions by choosing the start date up to the month of your choice. Read the steps below to know the process.
- Biller Member ID/Reference Number - Enter your 12-digit Pag-IBIG MID Number (Regular Savings - P1)
- Contact Number - Enter your Mobile Number
- Payment Type - Select Membership Savings to pay for your monthly regular contributions
- Period From - Select the date from which the payment will be credited; Example: April 1, 2023
- Period To - Select the date untl which the payment will be credited if paying 2 or more monthsExample: June 30, 2023
- Region - Choose Philippines or the country where you are located
- Amount - Enter the total amount to be paid; Membership contributions is P200 a month; And for this example, total amount is P600, so the payment will be up to 3 months from the selected date/month

Pay Pag-IBIG MP2 Savings
Pag-IBIG MP2 Savings is a voluntary savings program. There is no required regular monthly savings, but if you save to your account, make sure to pay P500 or higher amount. For MP2, P500 is the minimum savings per remittance or payment.
Paying MP2 is almost similar to paying regular savings. You just need to change the Payment Type. While, for the Period From and Period To, just leave it blank or select the date when you pay the amount.

- Contact Number - Enter your Mobile Number
- Payment Type - Select Modified Pag-IBIG2 to pay for your MP2 Savings
- Period From - Optional or Select the date when you paid the amount

- Region - Choose Philippines or the country where you are located
- Amount - Enter the total amount to be paid; Pay P500 or higher amount
- Biller Member ID/Reference Number - Enter your 12-digit Pag-IBIG MP2 Savings Account Number
- Contact Number - Enter your Mobile Number
- Payment Type - Select Modified Pag-IBIG2 to pay for your MP2 Savings
- Period From - Optional or Select the date when you paid the amount
- Period To - Optional or Select the same date above
- Region - Choose Philippines or the country where you are located
- Amount - Enter the total amount to be paid; Pay P500 or higher amount
Pay Pag-IBIG Loans
For Pag-IBIG Housing Loans, Short Term Loan, and Calamity Loan. Provide the necessary details of your loan, select the respective payment type, the period date of your payment and the amount to be paid.
