How to know your Pag-IBIG Savings or Contributions

Pag-IBIG Fund is a Philippine government-owned and controlled corporation under the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council responsible for the administration of the national savings program and affordable shelter financing for Filipinos employed by local and foreign-based employers as well as voluntary and self-employed members. It offers its members short-term loans and access to housing programs. (Source)

To know your Pag-IBIG Savings or Contributions, there are two ways to check it:

OPTION 1: EMAIL INQUIRY

You can send an email inquiry to the following Pag-IBIG Fund email addresses:

1. [email protected]

This email address is handled by the International Operations Group (IOG) – Task Force Support Services Division of Pag-IBIG Fund. I believe this division caters the OFW Pag-IBIG members.

2. [email protected]

This email address is handled by the Pag-IBIG Fund Customer Care.

3. [email protected]

For OFW Pag-IBIG members, you can also send your inquiries using this email address.

After sending an email inquiry, they will request some information from you for security and verification purposes. To have a copy of your Employee’s Statement of Accumulated Value (ESAV) or Pag-IBIG Savings (Contributions), provide them the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Pag-IBIG Number (if known)
  • Scanned or Screenshot Copy of any 2 Valid IDs
  • A list of your Previous to Present Company or Employer/s (Local and Overseas)
  • Middle Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Place of Birth
  • Complete Mother’s Name
  • Contact Details
  • Current Location

They will reply to your query once they found your file. Your ESAV or Pag-IBIG Savings document in PDF file will be attached in the email.

If your records are not yet compiled together, they will request you to fill up a form for consolidation or merging of records of all your contributions with current and previous employers, local and overseas. 

Send the filled up form back to Pag-IBIG personnel to process the merging of your Pag-IBIG records.

OPTION 2:VIRTUAL PAG-IBIG WEBSITE

Virtual Pag-IBIG website page was recently launched as the online portal for Pag-IBIG Products and Services. There are three (3) ways to have a  Pag-IBIG online account:

1. Via your Loyalty Card Plus

This Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus is powered by Asia United Bank (AUB) and Union Bank (UB). To know more about this card, click here. 

2. Create your account online and activate at the nearest Pag-IBIG Fund Branch
