How to transfer money from Land Bank to other local bank

Land Bank of the Philippines is one the bank instititions that use Instapay where clients can send money to other local bank. With InstaPay, you can now transfer funds in real-time between accounts of participating BSP-supervised banks and non-bank e-money issuers in the Philippines. It is an electronic fund transfer (EFT) service where you can transfer money electronically and make the funds available to the recipient instantly.
To send money via InstaPay, customers need to access their bank’s or e-money issuer’s mobile app or internet banking facility, choose to send to another institution via InstaPay, and provide the required details.
For customers with a Land Bank Online account, below is the step-by-step guide on how to transfer funds from your Land Bank account to any local bank with Instapay using your Land Bank Mobile Banking app.

No LANDBANK Mobile Banking app yet?

If you do not have a Land Bank mobile app yet, you can download it using Google Play for Android phones and tablets or in the Apple Store for iPhone and iPad users. Transfer to other Bank - Local Bank

1 Open the LandBank mobile app. Tap the Mobile Banking icon and input your User ID and Password. Tap the LOG-IN button to go to your account.

 

2 From the right side menu, press the Transfers icon, then select Transfer to Other Bank option to start the process of money transfer. 

 

3 Enter the One-Time PIN sent to your registered mobile device. Or if OTP Generator has been activated, it will automatically create a One-Time PIN. 

Tap the SUBMIT button to continue.

 

 

4  Select the local bank where you want to send the money. In this guide, BDO was selected.

 

5  For the transfer method, select Instapay.

Note: Service Charge using Instapay was waived during the ECQ/GCQ or Lockdown period.

 

6  Enter the required details for the transfer

  • From Account – Select the source account
  • Destination Bank – This is the receiver’s bank
  • To Account  – Input the receiver’s bank account number
  • Receiver Name  – Input the receiver’s account name
  • Receiver Mobile No – Enter receiver’s mobile number
  • Receiver Email – Enter the receiver’s email address (this is optional)
  • Amount (PHP) – Enter the amount to be transferred
  • Purpose – Select the purpose for the transfer

Review the details and tap the SUBMIT button for the next step. 

 

7 Review the details and ensure that all information is correct. Then, tap the CONFIRM button to process the transaction.

 

8 Transaction has been successful. The transaction receipt will also be sent to your registered email address.
