How to activate OTP Generator in Landbank Mobile Banking app

One Time Password or OTP is a temporary numeric password that secures your Online Banking login and transactions. It is a unique 6-digit code that can only be used once. It will be sent to your registered mobile number or by using the OTP Generator.
If you have a Landbank Mobile Banking account, instead of receiving OTP via SMS, you can activate the OTP Generator in your account. Using OTP Generator, it will register your mobile device to automatically generate OTP in every transaction that you will execute.

Enable OTP Generator

1 Open the LandBank mobile app. Tap the Mobile Banking icon and input your User ID and Password. Tap the LOG-IN button to go to your account.

 

2 From the right side menu, press the More icon, then select Request for OTP Generator option. 

 

3  To start the OTP Generator activation, tap the CONTINUE button.

 

4  Read and understand the terms and conditions of using the OTP Generator feature. And, press the I AGREE button to proceed.

 

5  Enter the One-Time PIN that has been sent to your registered mobile number and tap the SUBMIT button.

6  You have successfully registered your mobile device in LANDBANK One-Time PIN (OTP) Generator. You may now generate OTP using this device.

If you do not have a Land Bank mobile app yet, you can download it using Google Play for Android phones and tablets or in the Apple Store for iPhone and iPad users.
