If you are doing fund transfer to your Pay Maya account, I’m not sure if it will be credited if you have selected Pay Maya Philippines.

Based on their website, PayMaya Philippines is a subsidiary of Voyager Innovations, the digital innovations company of PLDT and Smart. PayMaya Philippines, Inc. (formerly Smart eMoney, Inc.) is the pioneer in mobile money and payments, having established brands such as PayMaya, the first prepaid online payment app that enables the financially underserved to pay online without a credit card. https://www.paymaya.com/about

What can I do if my transfer money of instapay – Paymaya was still in process since Yesterday and I still haven’t receive the transfer money I’ve made using my landbank account to PayMaya?

    1. Admin - Online Quick Guide

Instapay transaction is normally realtime or at least same day… there are two Pay Maya on the list I believe, Pay Maya and Pay Maya Philippines; for fund transfer, Pay Maya must be selected.. Cross check also if you input the correct mobile number or account number of your Pay Maya…
