GCredit is a new feature in GCash app which is a credit line that can be used as a payment source for QR purchases and bill payments. This feature works as a flexible loan or credit card. When activated, a certain credit limit will be provided to the customers. And every time the existing bill has been paid off with the corresponding interest, the maximum limit can be used again.

Download the GCash mobile app, using Google Play for Android phones or download in the Apple Store for iPhone and iPad users. Click the icon below and it will be directed to GCash mobile app. You can also find this mobile app by typing GCash in Google Play or Apple Store search tab.

How to become eligible for GCredit?
1. Your GCash account must be in Fully Verified status. The procedure on how to be a fully verified GCash customer is discussed in Step 3 of How to Download and Install GCash mobile app quick guide.
2. You must meet the required trust score and pass the credit evaluation parameters. Try to increase your trust score by continuously using your GCash account.
APPLY FOR GCREDIT
1 Once your account is in Fully Verified level, on the left menu, tap the MyLinked Accounts button.
2 Select and press the GCredit icon to continue.
3 All GCredit correspondence will be sent to your registered email address. Tap the PROCEED button for the next step.
4 Review the personal information and make sure all details are correct. Tap the NEXT button to proceed.
5 Fill-up the other details that are required for the application. Then, click the NEXT button once completed.
6 Read and understand the GCredit Terms and Conditions. Tick the box to agree and tap the CONFIRM button.
7 Your GCredit application request is successful once you received this message. Wait for the email for the status of your application.
GCREDIT ACTIVATION
GCash will then evaluate your submitted GCredit application. An email will be sent to your registered email address about the status.
For this account, the GCredit has been activated successfully. The GCredit details are enumarated in the email:
- Approved Credit Limit
- Interest Rate
- Billing Date
- Due Date
MANAGE GCREDIT
1. To check your GCredit limit in your GCash account, tap the Manage Credit icon on the main dashboard.
2. For this account, the GCredit details are as follows:
- Credit Limit (Php 1,000)
- Interest Rate (5% in 30 days)
Where to use GCredit?
1. Using the Pay QR option in your GCash app, you can use GCredit to shop in leading stores in Ayala Malls and partner merchants such as Puregold, Robinson and SM Malls, etc. You may view the full list of GCredit enabled establishments here.
