In addition to GCash fund, GCredit was introduced as an alternative payment source for QR purchases and bill payments. This feature functions as a flexible loan or credit card. Once activated, a specific credit limit will be given to the eligible customers. And every time the existing bill has been paid off with the corresponding interest, the maximum credit limit can be used again.
You can use GCredit via Pay Bills option to pay for your utility bills and via Pay QR to shop in leading stores in Ayala Malls and partner merchants.

STEP 1. ACTIVATE GCREDIT IN GCASH APP
You must activate the GCredit in your GCash account first before you can use it for QR purchases and bill payments. Here is the link of the quick guide on how to activate GCredit in GCash app.
STEP 2. PAY BILLS
1. On the main dashboard, tap the Pay Bills icon to start the process.
2. In this quick guide, Maynilad bill will be used. So, under Biller Categories, select the Water Utilities icon.
3. Under Water Utilities, browse and tap the Maynilad name. You will notice that under each biller, it will show if they accepts GCredit as a payment source.
4. Next, enter the 8-digit Maynilad Contract Account Number. It is the number located in the first column of your Maynilad bill. Then, write down the Account Name, Amount to be paid and your email address.
Click the NEXTÂ button to continue.
5. For this step, you have the option to select the payment source. Press the GCredit option and tap the NEXT button for confirmation.
6. Review your transaction, then click the CONFIRMÂ button to process the payment.
7. Once the payment is successful, the payment reference number with the details of the transaction will be enumerated. Click the DONE button to go back to the main dashboard.
8. You will also receive the Payment Receipt in the email address you have provided while processing the payment.
