How to subscribe to Paperless Meralco billing

Trying to get rid of your Meralco paper bill? You can go for paperless bill by subscribing to paperless billing and stop receiving the paper bill monthly. Using the Meralco app, you will be able to enable the paperless billing and receive your monthly bill via email, received notification in SMS, and check using the app.

Aside from the Meralco app, you can also register and access your account using the Meralco Online website.

1 For first time user, you need to register an account. Tap the Register button to start the process. You are required to enter your personal details and service information of your Meralco.

Then, you must activate you account upon receiving an email confirmation and create a password for your account.

Once you successfully created a password. You may now login to access your Meralco Online Account via Meralco website or Meralco app. Enter your Email address and Password, then press the Log In button.

2 Upon login, in the left menu, tap the Accounts. Under Accounts, select Paperless Billing, and press Subscribe to activate the paperless billing.

3 And to receive the Billing Notification, in the left menu, select Settings and a new page will open. Under Billing Notifications, you have the option to enable Email to receive billing via your registered email address and SMS to receive a text message of bill details. You can also set the an alarm for Payment Notification and Payment Reminders.

4 Once you successfully subscribe to Paperless Billing, you will receive your billing details in your registered email address and mobile number.

5 And to open and check your Meralco billing statement, in Meralco app left menu, select the Bills and Payment tab. Select the latest bill and press the View Bill button. This will open a Meralco billing statement that is the same as the one you receive on the paper bill.
