RCBC Cardless Withdrawal: How to withdraw cash even without RCBC ATM card

Cardless Withdrawal

One of the feature of the app is the Cardless Withdrawal. With this, you will be able to withdraw money from any RCBC ATM machine without your ATM card. The minimum amount to withdraw is PHP 100, while the maximum amount limit is PHP 25,000 per transaction. And this card-less withdrawal service has no fee and can be used anytime.

To know the steps on how to create a cardless withdrawal request in the RCBC Mobile app, you can follow the instructions below:

  1. Once you successfully login to your account in the RCBC mobile app, in the left menu, select Cardless Withdrawal.
  2. Choose the method to use to request for cardless withdrawal:
    1. Withdraw via QR
    2. Withdraw via Reference code (this method was selected for this guide)
  3. Enter the amount to be withdrawn. It will also show the account number from which the amount will be deducted. And tap the Next button.
  4. Review the details and press the Proceed button to confirm the transaction.
  5. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter this code in the space provided and tap the Submit button.
  6. You have successfully requested a cardless withdrawal transaction. An email will be sent with the reference code and the One-Time-Password (OTP) will be sent separately to your mobile. This reference code and OTP is required to be entered at the ATM once you withdraw the amount.

To withdraw the amount, proceed to any RCBC ATM machine, press ENTER / ACCEPT button. Input the reference number sent to your e-mail address and the OTP sent to your mobile number, and then enter the amount to be withdrawn.

If you want to cancel your request, select Cardless Withdrawal again from the left menu. Then, choose Manage Withdrawal. Slide left to cancel the existing request. 

Aside from RCBC Mobile app, you can also create a cardless withdrawal request by logging into your account in the RCBC Online Banking website, https://www.rcbconlinebanking.com/.
