Hi Ray,
I’m not sure if this can be done online. I suggest, it is better to contact BDO and let them know your concern. Here is BDO’s contact information:

Hello i’m in Europe and have to pay 1 st time a water/power bill in the Phils to a COMPANY with Metrobank. 13 digits. I have acc.name, account no, Swiftcode of the company.
I have BDO online and mobile app, and sending to a privat account is no problem. But how to send to a company, not listed on the bdo mask of several companies. Sorry can not find a sample on your quick guide.
thanks for your help.
Hi,
As you have the bank details of the company which you said a Metrobank account with account number and account name, you can use the Fund Transfer option in your BDO app.
If you have BDO Digital Banking app or using the BDO Online website, you can transfer the amount from your BDO account to Metrobank. However, it requires you to input Last Name and First Name for the receiver’s details. See this guide: https://onlinequickguide.com/how-to-send-money-from-bdo-online-account-to-other-local-bank-via-instapay/
If the above option is not possible, you can use the BDO Pay app. It is another app from BDO with fund transfer option too. And it only requires the Account Name (full name or full company name) and Account Number. Here is the guide: https://onlinequickguide.com/how-to-transfer-fund-to-other-local-banks-using-bdo-pay-app/
