Cardless Withdrawal
One of the feature of the app is the Cardless Withdrawal. With this, you will be able to withdraw money from any PSBank ATM machine without your ATM card. The minimum amount to withdraw is PHP 100, while the maximum amount limit is PHP 10,000 per transaction, and maximum amount of PHP 30,000 per day. This transaction is free if you withdraw an amount at any PSBank ATM but there is a P7.50 service fee if you withdraw at Metrobank ATM machines.
With cardless withdrawal, it will help to minimize fraud and ATM skimming and it is very convenient as you have access to your account anytime.
Here are the steps to follow to request a cardless withdrawal transaction:
- Once you successfully logged into your account via PSBank mobile app, in the left menu, select Cardless Withdrawal.
- If you do not any previous request, tap Create a Request button.
- Select the source account from which the amount will be deducted.
- Enter the amount to be withdrawn and nominate a 4-digit PIN (PIN1). Take note of this code as you need it later. And for security, do not share this information to anyone.
- Review the details you have entered. And type-in the One-Time Password which was sent to your registered mobile number. And press Submit button.
- You successfully created a request for cardless withdrawal. A second PIN was generated. Take note also of this PIN2 as it is required in the ATM later and it is valid only for 30 minutes after your request.
Once you go to any PSBank or Metrobank ATM machines, press the ENTER key to start your Cardless Withdrawal transaction. Enter your nominated four-digit (PIN 1), then the generated six-digit (PIN 2), and the amount you indicated in your request. If all the details provided are correct, the ATM will dispense cash. If not, an error message will appear on the ATM screen.
