The Antipolo City Government has launched an online portal to register your real properties and business establishments and pay real property tax (RPT) and business permits online, respectively.
With these online services, it is now easier and convenient to pay real property taxes and business permits. Online payment is available via E-Wallet (Pay Maya and GCash) and Credit or Debit Card.
The Real Property and Business owner or their representative must first register an account and then enroll each unit of the property or business establishment. Once enrolled, there is the option to calculate taxes or fees, then proceed with online payment.

1 Sign-up an Account
To access Antipolo City Online Services, you need to register an account on this link, https://antipoloonline.egapsonline.com/. Under the login menu, click the Sign up button.
Tap the I AGREE button to acknowledge that you understand the data privacy consent about the personal data that you will share on your account.
Fill-in the personal details needed to register your account:
- Email ID (personal email address)
- Confirm Email ID (re-type the email address)
- Owner/Representative Full Name
- Gender
- Contact Number
- Password
- Confirm Password
Read and understand the Terms and Conditions and Data Privacy for using the online services. Ensure that all information provided is true and correct. Then, press the Continue button for the next step.
To validate your account, an email will be sent to your email address given in the application.
2 Activate your Account
On the received email from Antipolo City Online Services Portal, to confirm and activate your account, click the VERIFY MY ACCOUNT button.
Once verified, it will be directed to your online account.
3 Login to your Account
Login to your account to access your profile.
This is the main dashboard of your account in Antipolo City Online Services Portal. There are 2 options you can select, based on what you need to apply or pay:
- Business Permits & Licensing Office (Business Permit)
- City Treasurer’s Office (Real Property Tax)
4 Register Existing Business or New Businesss
To register your existing or new business, click the Business Permits & Licensing Office (Business Permit) icon.Â
To enroll an existing business, tap the Register Existing Business button. And for new business, press Register New Business button.
- Register Existing Business
For existing business, enter the Business Identification Number (BIN) of your establishment as well as the Latest Official Receipt No and Latest Official Receipt Date.
Double-check the details and tap the SAVE button to add your business in your profile.
- Register New Business
For new business, enter the following details:
- Business Owner’s Information
- Business Establishment Information
- Line of Business
- Uploading of Requirements
Review the details before submitting the form. Once approved, the new business will be added to your profile.
- Downloadable Forms
If you require some forms, you will be able to download it from your account. In the left panel, just go to Downloadable Forms and select the form you required.
5 Compute Business Permit Fees
Once registered, the business will be listed as enrolled business. To know the fees that you need to pay, select the business and click the Compute Assessment button. You also have the option to select from 1st to 4th quarter. To pay for the whole year, select 4th Quarter.
A table of billing detail will be displayed. It will show the amount per quarter and the total amount to be paid.Â
To pay the business permit fees online, press the Select Payment Option button.
6 Pay Business Permit Fees Online
The billing summary and payment method will appear. There are two options for payment:
- PayMaya Philippines Inc – PayMaya E-wallet (Select this to pay using your Pay Maya or GCash E-Wallet)
- PayMaya Philippines Inc – Debit/Credit/Prepaid Card (Selec this to pay using your Credit Card, Debit Card, or Prepaid Card)
Pay via Pay Maya or GCash
Read the Terms and Conditions for PayMaya E-wallet payment. Take note that you will charged a convenience fee of PhP 10.00 for the use of e-wallet service. And click the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button.
Select Pay Maya or GCash for your payment. Once selected, you need to enter your Pay Maya or GCash number. Make sure that your account has enough fund to pay for the total amount. After the payment is processed, the amount will automatically deducted on your e-wallet account.
Pay via Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card
Read the Terms and Conditions for PayMaya Visa, Mastercard and JCB Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards payment. Take note that you will charged a convenience fee of 1.75% of the total amount due. And click the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button.
If you choose to pay using credit card or debit card. Enter the details of your card and tap the Complete Order button to process the payment. Take a screenshot of your successful online payment for future reference.
In case you need to go to the Antipolo City Hall to pay your Business Permit fess, they advise to book an appointment online. You can schedule your visit based on the available date and time and at your convenience.

Gud day po, pag nag online po ilang araw po. Business permit po….
Hi po, di ko pa po na-try ang Business Permit, un sa Real Properties Tax pa lang ang nai-try ko. Un sa Real Property Tax naman po, pagkaconfirm ng bayad online, nag-appear naman po agad na bayad na.Basta po tama un information at kumpleto un nailagay na mga details, after magbayad, magrereflect naman agad.

Hi paano po mag print ng business permit after payment
Wala pa po ata option para iprint ang Business permit online, tawag po kayo sa City Hall para makahingi ng copy ng receipt at copy ng permit, isend po nila via email
