China Bank Mobile App is a mobile banking app that lets you access your China Bank account anytime, anywhere using your smart phone. It is available and can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play Store.
Once installed, you will be able manage your China Bank accounts. You can check account balances and do a fund transfer to other Chinabank account, money transfer to other local banks and e-wallets, pay utility bills and services, and access to emergency cash.

NOW or Emergency Cash (Cardless Withdrawal)
NOW or No card On Withdrawal (Emergency Cash) is a new feature of the China Bank Mobile Banking App that allows you to make a cardless withdrawal transaction in any China Bank ATMs. With this feature, you can withdraw money even without your ATM card. You just need to request emergency cash through China Bank mobile app.
To make a request, you must login to your account via China Bank mobile app. Here are the things that you need to know before making a NOW transaction request:
- Only Peso Deposit/Cash Card Accounts that are linked to your China Bank ATM Card / Cash Card can be used
- Minimum withdrawal per transaction is P100 while maximum withdrawal and limit per day is P20,000
- Amount requested should be divisible by 100
- Transaction fee is free (as of writing)
- Only two (2) transactions per day is allowed
- Created transaction is valid for 24 hours
- NOW request can be cancelled anytime
Here are the steps on how request an emergency cash on your China Bank mobile app.
- Upon login, on the left menu, select Pay or Transfer.
- Under TO ME tab, tap Emergency Cash (NOW) button.
- To make a new request, press SEND EMERGENCY CASH (NOW) button.
- Select the China Bank account from which the amount will be deducted and enter the requested amount. The amount should be divisible by 100. Then, tap NEXT button.
- Review details and press CONFIRM button to process the request.
- A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter this 5-digit code in the space provided and click NEXT button.
- A notification will appear once your request has been successful. Take a screenshot of this page as you need the Transaction Reference Number later on. In case you forgot to take a screenshot, the transaction details will also be sent to your registered email address.
Once you successfully created a cardless withdrawal, a 6-digit One-Time PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number. You need this code to withdraw the amount in the ATM.
You may now proceed to any China Bank ATM to withdraw the amount. Take note that the validity of each request is 24 hours.
- In the China Bank ATM, press the ENTER key button.
- Select NOW (No Card on Withdrawal).
- Enter NOW (Emergency Cash) Reference Number and select Correct.
- Enter the One-Time PIN (text message) received on your mobile phone.
- Get the cash and receipt from the ATM.
If you want to cancel your request, just go back to the Emergency Cash (NOW) page. Slide to the left and press the cancel button. Confirm the cancel request and enter the OTP to successfully cancel the transaction.
