How to send money from Landbank to Shopee Pay account

InstaPay is an electronic fund transfer (EFT) service where you can transfer money electronically and make the funds available to the recipient instantly. With InstaPay, you can transfer funds between accounts of participating BSP-supervised banks and non-bank e-money issuers in the Philippines and the amount will be received in real-time. Land Bank of the Philippines, a banking institution and Shopee Pay, an e-wallet for Shopee users, are included participants that can used InstaPay for fund transfer.

To send money via InstaPay, customers need to access their bank’s or e-money issuer’s mobile app or internet banking facility, choose to send to another institution via InstaPay, and provide the required details. For Landbank clients, you can use the Landbank mobile app to access Fund Transfer feature to send money to other banks. Using InstaPay, you can transfer amount up to ₱50, 000 per day.

And for this guide, below is the step-by-step guide on how to transfer funds from your Land Bank account to your Shopee e-wallet or any Shopee Pay accounts. 

If you do not have a Land Bank mobile app yet, you can download it using Google Play for Android phones and tablets or in the Apple Store for iPhone and iPad users.

LandBank to Shopee Pay – Fund Transfer

 

To access the fund transfer feature, you must login to your account via Landbank Mobile Banking app. Please note that there is an additional P25 service charge for every successful transaction of fund transfer.

  1. In the main dashboard, tap Fund Transfers icon located at the bottom of the page.
  2. Press Fund Transfer button.
  3. The source account will be displayed and tap Select Destination Account to enter the receiver’s bank/wallet details.
  4. Press Select Bank to choose the receiver’s bank or e-wallet.
  5. From the list, select ShopeePay.
  6. Enter the receiver’s Shopee Pay account number (normally mobile number) and the receiver’s name.
  7. Enter the amount to send and choose the purpose of transfer from the drop-down list. You have the option to input receiver mobile number and email address. Then, tap Transfer Now to process the transaction.
  8. Review the details and press Confirm button.
  9. To receive the OTP, click Request via SMS.
  10. Enter the One-Time PIN code that was sent to your registered mobile number and tap Next button.
  11. The transaction is successful. A transaction reference number will be generated and the details of the fund transfer will be displayed also. Take note that there is an additional service charge of P25 for the fund transfer.
