One of their online services is to be able to check Beep™ card balances and reload it online. However, this feature is only available for NFC-enabled Android phones. There are two ways to know if your phone is NFC ready and how to enable it:
1. In your smartphone, go to Settings – Connections – NFC and Payment. Then, tap the button to enable this feature.
2. In your smartphone, swipe down your screen and look for the NFC icon. Then, tap the button to enable this feature.

Now, here's how to reload your Beep card
1 In the main dashboard, click the All icon to access beep card.
2 In All Services menu, tap the beep™ card icon.
3 Then, click the LOAD YOUR CARD button. Make sure that NFC is enabled proceeding for the next step. Click here to check if the NFC is enabled on your phone.
4 Select the amount you want to load from 10 pesos to 300 pesos. Press the SLIDE TO PAY button to continue.
5 Wait for a few seconds while they are processing your payment.
6 Then, hold your card to the back of your phone. Make sure NFC is enabled while doing this. If it does not detect the card, remove it, then place back again.
7 Wait for a few seconds and it will show that reload is successful. The new card balance will appear.
Tap the Load Complete on top of the page to go back into the main menu or you can load your card again.
