To download and install the Coins. ph mobile app, read the quick guide below. After installing the app, you need to sign-up for an account. Then, you have the option to upgrade your account to enjoy more features and rewards of the app. Signing-up and account upgrade procedures are also discussed in this quick guide.
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL COINS.PH APP
- First, download the Coins.ph mobile app, using Google Play for Android phones or download in the Apple Store for iPhone and iPad users. Click the icon below and it will be directed to Coins.ph mobile app. You can also find this mobile app by typing Coins.ph in Google Play or Apple Store search tab.
2. Click INSTALL for Android users or GET for iOS users to start the Coins.ph mobile app installation on your device.
3. Once the installation is complete, you can now open the Coins.ph app.
STEP 2: SIGN-UP FOR AN ACCOUNT
1. Once installed, open the mobile app to start the registration. Click the SIGN UP button to proceed. You also have the option to use your Facebook account to sign-up.
2. You will be given an option if you want to use your mobile number or email address to register. Type-in your email address and create a password. Then, click CREATE MY WALLET button.
3. Enter the 6-digit number verification code that was sent to your registered email address. Click the SUBMIT button to proceed.
4. Now, create and confirm 4-digit PIN number. Instead of a password, this PIN will be used to log in to your Coins.ph account.
5. Enter your full name. First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name, then, click the NEXT button.
6. Use the calendar to select your birth date. Once selected, click the NEXT button to go to the next menu.
7. You will be asked if you are a Filipino citizen or not. Click YES or NO button to answer and click the NEXT button.
8. Write down your address and tick if permanent address is same as your current address. Then, click the NEXT button to continue.
9. Take a selfie while holding any government issued ID and click TAKE MY SELFIE button. Or click Skip selfie for now and verify your account later on.
10. The main dashboard of your Coins.ph wallet will open.
STEP 3: UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT
1. To enjoy more features and rewards of the app, you have the option to upgrade your account. Prepare any valid ID for verification, to start, tap on Upload ID to start the process.
2. Select your preferred language.
3. Click Yes if this is your first Coins.ph account, otherwise click No.
4. Select the ID type and enter the details of the ID.
5. Upload the photos of the front and back image of the ID. And click the NEXT button.
6. Select your gender, country and any of your SSS, TIN or GSIS number. Then, tap the NEXT button.
7. Choose your employment status and press the NEXT button to continue.
8. A pop-up message will appear once you successfully completed the information needed for verification. Click the OK button.
9. Once verified, your account will be on Level 2.
10. On the left side menu, below your profile, the verification date will appear.
