Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) recently announced on its official Facebook page the launch of the Virtual Pag-IBIG app. It is currently available on the Google Play Store for Android phone users.
(Update) And this November 2022, they also announced that the Virtual Pag-IBIG app is now available too in the App Store for iOS device users.
With the newly launched Virtual Pag-IBIG app, members can now easily access Pag-IBIG records:
- View Pag-IBIG Regular contribution records
- View Modified Pag-IBIG 2 (MP2) Savings
- Monitor annual dividends earned by Pag-IBIG Regular contributions and MP2 Savings
- Verify if payment has been posted to your account
- Track Pag-IBIG Housing Loan Payments (if any)
- Track payments for your Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL)
- Check the outstanding balance of your loans
To download the Virtual Pag-IBIG app on your phone, go to Google Play Store and search the app or you can tap the icon below and it will be directed to the Google Play Store. Please note that for iOS phone users, the app will be available soon.
Once you have installed the app, for Pag-IBIG members with an existing online account, you can now login to access your Pag-IBIG records. Just tap the Log In button and enter your email address and password to login to your account.
And for those members who does not have an online account yet, you can tap the Create Account button and it will be directed to Virtual Pag-IBIG website where you can register to have online access.
Upon login, it will display the account details of your Pag-IBIG – your full name, Pag-IBIG MID Number, Membership Category, Current Employer and Register Mobile Number.
And to view your records, tap the Main button located at the bottom part of the dashboard. Pag-IBIG Products and Services icon will be displayed:
- Regular Savings
- Â MP2 Savings
- Housing Loan
- Multi-Purpose Loan
- Calamity Loan
- Online Payments.
View Pag-IBIG Regular Savings
Under the Product | Service menu, tap the Regular Savings icon to open and view your regular contributions. It will display the records of your P1 including the initial remittance date, no of contributions, total earnings and dividends.Â
And to know if your contributions has been paid and posted per year, just type the year you want to check and tap the View button. It will enumerate all the payment that has been added in that year you have specified.
View Pag-IBIG MP2 Savings
And if you have an MP2 Savings, you can also view your records under MP2 Savings icon. If you have more than one MP2 Savings account, it shows the list of the account number. And to view each record, tap the account number you want to check.Â
For each account number, it will display the initial remittance date, last remittance date, total number of contributions, the total amount of contributions and the total earned dividends.
And to know if your MP2 Savings payments have been posted, just type the year you want to check and tap the View button. It will enumerate all the payment that has been added in that year you specified.
View Pag-IBIG Loans
If you have an existing loan, just select the type of loan you have from Product | Service menu: Housing Loan, Multi-Purpose Loan, or Calamity Loan.Â
It will display the details of your existing loan and the status and payments you have made.
But, if you do not have any loans, no details will appear.
