How to pay PLDT bill via RCBC Mobile app

RCBC offers Online Services to their customers through the use of RCBC Online Banking and Mobile App. With these online facilities, you can access and manage your RCBC accounts, transfer funds, pay bills and other available features, anytime, anywhere.

By downloading the RCBC app on your phone, you can easily access your RCBC accounts and do banking whenever you want. And, one of the features of this app is the Bills Payment. With few clicks, utility bills and other services can be paid through the app.

RCBC Digital app Features:

Bills Payment - Pay your utility bills, credit card and loan payments, government fees and many more
Fund Transfers - transfer funds to other local banks and e-wallets via Instapay or send large amounts via PESONet
Cardless Withdrawal - Even without your ATM card you can withdraw up to P5,000 in any RCBC ATM
Online Check Deposit - Safely deposit checks from any local bank by taking a photo of the check
Online Investments - monitor and redeem UITFs and time deposits without going to the branch
Foreign exchange online - Conveniently convert your money to US Dollar, Japanese Yen and other foreign currencies for travel and investment
Digital Concierge - Online request of bank certificates, ATM replacements and checkbook reorders in advance

For this guide, you will know the steps on paying your PLDT bill using the RCBC Mobile app.

In the left menu, select Bills Payment.
To pay a bill, press the Pay Bill button.
Before selecting the bill to be paid, you need to select the Source Account, this is the account from which the amount will be deducted.
Then, tap the Select Biller.
Press the Select Biller button.
Search the list of biller, type PLDT and press to select it.
Enter the PLDT Account Number and the amount to be paid and click the Pay Now button.
Review the details and tap the Proceed button to process the payment.
Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
A notification message with the transaction reference number will appear once the payment has been successful.

STEP 3. Select the Source Account. — STEP 3. Select the **Source Account**.

STEP 5. Tap the Select Biller button. — STEP 5. Tap the **Select Biller** button.

STEP 6. Search and select PLDT from the list.

STEP 7. Enter the PLDT Account Number and amount to be paid.

STEP 8. Review and confirm the transaction details

STEP 10. A notification that the payment is successful.
