Pay Maya is now Maya. It is the new all-in-one money app. In addition to Maya Wallet, you can now save and grow your money using the Maya Savings.
With the new Maya app, you can fund your wallet online via over-the-counter payment center, debit card or credit card and bank transfer. You will be able to send money to other Maya accounts, other local banks and e-wallets.
You can also pay your bills, buy and reload mobile phones, and shop online via the app.
In this guide, it will show the steps on how to pay your Manila Water bill via the new Maya app.
1 On the main dashboard, tap the Pay Bills icon to start the process.
2 From the list of categories, tap Water Utility.
3 Browse the list to find the Manila Water icon or use the search tab and type Manila Water to locate the icon.
4 Next, enter the 8-digit Manila Water Contract Account Number. It is the number located in the first column of your Manila Water bill.
Then, type-in the amount to be paid. And click the Continue button for the next step.
5 Review and confirm your transaction, then click the Pay button to continue.
6 The payment transaction will be process.
You will also receive an SMS on your registered mobile number once the bill payment is successful. The details of the transaction will be enumerated in the message.
