Pay Maya is now Maya. It is the new all-in-one money app. In addition to Maya Wallet, you can now save and grow your money using the Maya Savings.
With the new Maya app, you can fund your wallet online via over-the-counter payment center, debit card or credit card and bank transfer. You will be able to send money to other Maya accounts, other local banks and e-wallets.
You can also pay your bills, buy and reload mobile phones, and shop online via the app.
In this guide, it will show the steps on how to pay your Meralco bill via the new Maya app.
1 On the main dashboard, tap the Pay Bills icon to start the process.
2 From the list of categories, tap Electric Utility.
3 Browse the list to find the Meralco icon or use the search tab and type Meralco to locate the icon.
4 Next, enter the Meralco 10-digit Customer Account Number and the amount to be paid which is specified in your bill. Then, tap the Continue button.
5 Review and confirm your transaction, then click the Pay button to continue.
6 The payment transaction will be process.
You will also receive an SMS on your registered mobile number once the bill payment is successful. The details of the transaction will be enumerated in the message.
