Philippine Health Insurance Corporation or PhilHealth is an attached agency to the Department of Health. Its mandate is to provide health insurance coverage and ensure affordable, acceptable, available and accessible health care services for all citizens of the Philippines. Its functions are to administer National Health Insurance Program and to formulate and promulgate policies for the sound administration of the Program.
PhilHealth has an online portal on their website wherein members can register and will be able to log in to check their premium contributions.

STEP 1. CREATE ACCOUNT ONLINE
Go to PhilHealth website and select Online Services tab. Then, under Membership, tap the Register/Login button on Member Inquiry option.
The Member Portal page will open. If you do not have an account yet, click the Create Account button, otherwise login to your account.
Complete the information required for the member portal account creation.
Basic Information
- PhilHealth Identification Number
- Last Name
- First Name
- Date of Birth
- Sex
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
Then, create a password and retype it to confirm. Enter the number (CAPTCHA) shown on your page and click the Create Account button.
To complete the account creation, an activation link will be sent to your email address. Check your email to activate your account.
STEP 2: ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
Open the email from PhilHealth and click the activation link.
A new window will appear stating that your account has been successfully created. You may now login to your account now.
STEP 3: ACCOUNT LOG-IN
To log-in to your account, go back to the Member Portal page. Enter your PhilHealth number, password, and the 6-digit CAPTCHA number shown. And click the Log In button.
Under Membership Information, the basic personal information is enumerated. To have a copy of your MDR, click the Print MDR button.
To view your PhilHealth contributions, go to Premium Contribution tab. It will show the tabulated list of all your contributions.
While under the User Profile, there is a option to change your account password.
