In Step 4: Log In, after logged in, I cannot access, there’s no option or selections on “what offers would you like to See”, so that I cannot proceed.

I just want to check if you have received an activation link via email (Step 3)?
Try to open that email and click the activation link again, baka hindi na-activate un account.
If you already did that, wait for some time and try to login again, maybe their system has some issues while you are accessing the app.

I download the app. When I click it, it cant open. How do i do? Theres any other way to check my points?

I’ve tried to download the My SMAC app again in my phone and it seems ok and working.
If you did not able to open the app, you have the option to check your SMAC points using their website. Here is the quick guide on how to use the SMAC website, https://onlinequickguide.com/how-to-check-your-sm-advantage-or-bdo-rewards-points-and-transactions-online/ or you can visit the website directly, https://www.smadvantage.com/. However, I just checked the SMAC website, mukhang under maintenance pa rin yun website until now. 🙁
In the meantime, you can try to download the app again. It might work this time. 🙂

When I try to register my card, I got an error saying “the card number you are trying to register is blocked”. I just bought my card today.

Probably, your card is not yet activated!?
Ang masusugest ko to verify if your card is already activated:
1. Ask a teller in any SM Dept Store to check your card.
2. Go to SM Business Center, SMAC Priviledge section and ask the status of your card.
3. Make a transaction and use your card to have points.

I just recently availed this new SMAC and I already activated it through the text(as instructed from it’s folder) and received confirmation. Also I have already registered my card with the help of link given to me through text. The next thing to do is to log in but keeps saying that “This email address is not found in the system. Register now.” What should I do?

Maybe your email address in not yet added to their database or it takes time to be added on their system.
What I can suggest, you can try to register your account again using the My SMAC mobile app. You can use this quick guide to register your account. 😀
Or if you have a second email address, you can register your account in My SMAC also.
Or, if can still wait for a few days, you can try to log in again, baka nakasave na yun email address mo sa database nila at that time.

i just renewed my smac but the app keeps on telling that my card is expired. how long does it take for the app to recognize my renewed card? thank u..

I’m not sure how long does it take to update a renewed card on their system.
I am assuming, dahil sa long holidays, no IT personnel are available to check the database.
Although the system must have recognized your card, however, there may be a login approval first from them before they insert your renewed card in the system. You can try to register your card again after the holidays.

Is there any way I can delete my account after registering in the app? Or is it irreversible?

I think there is no option in the app to delete an account.
You can try to contact SM Advantage, https://www.smadvantage.com/contact-us, baka may way sila to delete an account in their system.

In my card im a member since dec 2019 which is right i availed this card last dec but in the app shows jul 2019. Second concern is that the points didnt reflect to the account, i think 10 working days has been passed since ive purchased something in sm for more than 200 pesos

Hello Sir Ali, I have been using my SMAC for more than a year now with accumulated points of 1,510 as of yesterday. But when I try to register to My SMAC App but failed since it has an error message saying “This card is not found in the system”. can you please enlighten me what could have happen.

It seems MySMAC app/database is not fully integrated with all SMAC cards, dami issue, hehe.
But, what I can think of this error message:
1. Have you entered the SMAC number correctly? (pero sa tingin ko, na-check mo naman) eto un 16-digit number sa SMAC card mo.
2. (you might have check this already) Normally, SMAC card expires on Dec and need to renew or re-activate again. You can double check when is the card expiration date.
3. (assume ko ln to) baka hindi mo nagamit un SMAC card mo in any transaction in the past few months.
4. I think SMAC is shifting to a new database or platform, as they introduced the new MySMAC card, baka un hindi pa nakaregister na luma, hindi nadetect ng system nila. Even SM Advantage login website, until now, is showing under web maintenance.
What I can suggest, you can contact MySMAC personnel using their Contact Form, https://www.smadvantage.com/contact-us.

i upload smac app and have my card already then when i want to register my card number of my smac its been blocked and cannot proceed for registration..please ANSWER..THANKS

I’m not sure why your card has been blocked after registration, try to send your inquiry to SM Advantage personnel using their form, https://www.smadvantage.com/contact-us.
Or if you want try to register using different email address.

I tried to register several times but it can’t register, the app says that i just have to personalize my SMAC at the customer service counter so i can create an account. Why is that happening? The only instructions is to register my SMAC but how can I register if there is another instructions that didn’t tell to me when i purchased this card.

Have you activated your SMAC card already? If not, you need to activate it first before you can register your account.
Is your card the new SMAC card? I’m not sure if there is an additional requirement before you can register the new SMAC card. Have you tried the registration using the SMAC website, here is the link, https://membership.smadvantage.com/SMACRegistration/, you can try using this to register your card.
If there still an error, you can send an inquiry to them using their Contact Us form, https://www.smadvantage.com/contact-us.

Pag ang card di na-activate, makuha panpo ba ang points after maactivate?
Kung di pa na-activate, sa tingin ko, di pa nakaka-earn ng points… nagamit mo na ba sya sa SM or any participating shops?
I tried to log-in my Password and Card but it response that my card is said to be block. How i can unblock my card? i want to check kasi my point.
