Metrobank introduces the Cardless Withdrawal feature in their Metrobank mobile app. With this function, even without your ATM card, you can withdraw cash on any Metrobank or PSBank ATM machine.
To use this feature, you must be logged into your online account using the Metrobank mobile app. To request a new transaction, you need to enter the amount to withdraw and assign PIN1. Then, PIN2 will be generated. The 2 temporary PINs are only valid for 30 minutes and are required to withdraw the requested amount.

Create a New Withdrawal Request via Metrobank app
1 Open the Metrobank Mobile app. Enter your Username and Password. Tap the LOGIN button to go to your account.
2 In the left side menu, select the CARDLESS WITHDRAWAL option.
3 Select Create/New Request option to create a new transaction request.
Note: A service fee of Php 7.50 will apply to withdrawals made from PSBank ATMs (for Metrobank users).
4 Choose the source account for your payment.
5 Enter the (1) amount to withdraw and nominated (2) 4-digit PIN1. And, tap the NEXT button.
Note: Do not disclose or share with anyone the PIN used in availing this feature.
6 Please ensure all information is correct, then press the SUBMIT to confirm the transaction.
7 A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number via SMS. Enter the 6-digit OTP and tap the SUMBIT button. Or, if your OTP Generator has been activated, it will automatically generate an OTP.
8 Your request has been successful and it will display the details of the transaction. Remember your PIN1, PIN2, and the amount to be withdrawn. PINs will not be stored.
Go to the nearest Metrobank or PSBank ATM machine to withdraw the amount. Partial withdrawal is not allowed.

1 Once you are on the Metrobank or PSBank ATM machine, to start the Cardless Withdrawal, press the ENTER key.
2 Enter your nominated 4-digit PIN1. This is the 4-digit PIN you created from your request. To view the PIN again in your Metrobank app, click the Show Values (eye icon).
3 Next, enter the 6-digit PIN that was generated from your request.
4 Then, enter the amount to withdraw. This amount must be the same from your request as partial withdrawal is not allowed.
5 Take the cash and receipt. You will receive an SMS and email for the said transaction.
