BDO Pay App

1. On the main dashboard, tap the Pay icon at the bottom.

2. Then, select the Pay Bills icon.

3. On the biller category, select Telecoms/Internet.

4. Select PLDT from the list.

5. Fill out the required details: Subscriber Account Number, Subscriber Account Name, Amount to be paid, and the account where payment will be deducted.

6. Double-check the details and press the Confirm button to procees with the payment.

7. The payment reference number will be created for the successful transaction.

You have the option to save this biller for future payments of the same bill.

4. Under TeleCom category, select PLDT to pay your phone and internet bill.

5. Enter the PLDT Account Number and amount to be paid. Then, tap the NEXT button.

6. Review the details and press CONFIRM button to process the transaction.

7. Enter the 5-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

8. Payment transaction has been successful. To save the biller for future use, tap the Add to Billers button.

PSBank

In the main dashboard, press the left menu and tap the Pay Bills section.
Select the PSBank account where the amount will be deducted.
If the bill is not yet enrolled, tap the PAY TO UNENROLLED BILLER button.
From the list of categories, choose the TELCO icon.
On the list of billers, select PLDT.
Enter the PLDT account details. Then, tap the Proceed button for the next step.
- Account Number
- Account Name
- Telephone or Mobile Number
- Reference Number (optional)
- Remarks (optional)
Enter the amount to be paid which is in your Manila Water bill and press the Proceed button to process the transaction.
Review the details of the transaction and enter the OTP (One-Time PIN) sent to your registered mobile number and tap the Submit button.
Once the transaction is successful, it will display the transaction details with reference number.

RCBC

In the left menu, select Bills Payment.
To pay a bill, press the Pay Bill button.
Before selecting the bill to be paid, you need to select the Source Account, this is the account from which the amount will be deducted.
Then, tap the Select Biller.
Press the Select Biller button.
Search the list of biller, type PLDT and press to select it.
Enter the PLDT Account Number and the amount to be paid and click the Pay Now button.
Review the details and tap the Proceed button to process the payment.
Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
A notification message with the transaction reference number will appear once the payment has been successful.

Robinsons Bank (RBank)

In the main dashboard, tap the Pay Bills icon.
To make a new payment, select the account that you would like to pay from.
From the list of Biller Categories, select Telecoms.
Find and choose PLDT from the list.
Enter the PLDT Account Number and the amount to be paid. Then, select if you want to pay now or schedule the payment at a later date. And tap the Continue button for the next step.
Review the details and tap the Pay button to confirm the payment.
A notification will be displayed once the transaction is completed.

Security Bank

Upon login, tap the Bills icon at the bottom of the main page.
To pay the bills, press the Select Payment Account button.
Then, choose the source account from which the amount will be deducted.
Now, you can select the biller by tapping Choose Biller & Product button.
From the list, select PLDT. You can also use the search option to type the biller and select it.
Enter the PLDT Account Number. You also have an option to save the biller as a favorite so it will be easier for your next payment. Tap Proceed button.
Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Enter the amount to be paid. You have the option to schedule the payment, choose from:
1. Immediate Payment
2. Scheduled Payment (set a later date)
3. Recurring Payment
Review the details and press Confirm button to process the transaction.
Another OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Encode the 6-digit OTP.
A notification will be displayed that the payment has been processed successfully. A reference number will be generated for this transaction.

Shopee Pay

In the Shopee homepage, tap the Load, Bills, & Travel icon.
From the list of bill categories, select Landline & Internet.
Select PLDT from the list.
Enter the PLDT Account Number, Landline Number and the amount to be paid. And tap the Continue button.
Review the details of the transaction and for the Payment Option, ShopeePay will be the default. Once confirmed, tap the Pay Now button.
Tap the Pay button to enter your ShopeePay PIN or use the Face Recognition feature to process the payment.
A notification will be displayed once your payment is successful.

UnionBank app

On the main dashboard, tap the Pay Bills button.
Press the Select Biller button.
From the list of billers, choose PLDT.
Then, enter the PLDT Account Number and 7-digit Telephone Number indicated in your account or monthly bill.
Select the Union Bank account that the amount will be deducted.
Enter the total amount to be paid.
Review the details of the bill payment, then tap the PAY button to complete the process
A One-Time-Password will be sent to your Union Bank registered mobile number. Enter the 6-digit OTP to continue.
A notification will appear once the payment transaction has been successful. You can go back to the main dashboard or you can save the biller for future reference.
