1. On the main dashboard, tap the Pay icon at the bottom.
2. Then, select the Pay Bills icon.
3. On the biller category, select Telecoms/Internet.
4. Select PLDT from the list.
5. Fill out the required details: Subscriber Account Number, Subscriber Account Name, Amount to be paid, and the account where payment will be deducted.
6. Double-check the details and press the Confirm button to procees with the payment.
7. The payment reference number will be created for the successful transaction.

Chinabank App
1. Login to your account on Chinabank mobile app.
2. From the left menu, select Pay or Transfer
3. Select the TO BILLERS tab and tap the PAY BILL button.
4. Under TeleCom category, select PLDT to pay your phone and internet bill.
5. Enter the PLDT Account Number and amount to be paid. Then, tap the NEXT button.
6. Review the details and press CONFIRM button to process the transaction.
7. Enter the 5-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
8. Payment transaction has been successful. To save the biller for future use, tap the Add to Billers button.

- On the main dashboard, tap the Pay Bills button.
- Press the Select Biller button.
- From the list of billers, choose PLDT.
- Then, enter the PLDT Account Number and 7-digit Telephone Number indicated in your account or monthly bill.
- Select the Union Bank account that the amount will be deducted.
- Enter the total amount to be paid.
- Review the details of the bill payment, then tap the PAY button to complete the process
- A One-Time-Password will be sent to your Union Bank registered mobile number. Enter the 6-digit OTP to continue.
- A notification will appear once the payment transaction has been successful. You can go back to the main dashboard or you can save the biller for future reference.
