Pay Bills is one of the Bayad features available in the app. With this option, users can pay utility bills such as water and electricity, services like cable and internet, and many other Bayad billers' partners.
For this guide, it will show the steps on how to pay your PLDT bill using the Bayad app.
Important Note: If you still have the old Bayad Center app, you should spend the remaining funds available because the app will be deactivated after July 30, 2021. Click this link, https://link.bayad.com/byebcapp, for the said advisory.
As they introduced the new Bayad app, the logo also changed.

Steps to Pay PLDT Bill
1 Upon logging in to your Bayad account, on the main dashboard, tap Pay Bills icon.
2 Select Telecoms from billers category and choose PLDT from the list.

3 Enter the required biller information:
- Preferred Nickname (Optional)
- Account NumberÂ
- Amount to be paid
- Phone Number
- Service
- PLDT Landline
- PLDT DSL
- PLDT Ultera
You have the option to save the biller for future use.
Then, tap the NEXT button.

4 Review the bill payment details and press the CONFIRM button to process the payment. Take note that there is a transaction fee added.
5 The payment will be processed and you will receive a notification via SMS and email once the payment has been posted.
