One of the GCash features is the Pay Bills option. You can pay your utility bills in just a few clicks for water, electricity, credit card, internet bills and other monthly bills. For this guide, you will see the steps on how to pay your PLDT bill.
For PLDT customers, there are 2 selection you can choose: PLDT Landline and PLDT DSL. Select PLDT Landline for those with landline and landline with internet package. While select PLDT DSL if the service is for internet only. Read the quick guide below for the complete details.

Now, here's how to pay PLDT bill
1 On the main dashboard, tap the Pay Bills icon to start the process.
2 Under Biller Categories, select the Telecoms icon.
3 Under Telecoms, browse and tap the PLDT.

4 Enter the 10-digit Account Number and Area Code+Telephone Number. For Service, select PLDT Landline or PLDT DSL, then enter the amount to be paid. Please note that a transaction fee will be added to the payment.

5 Select the payment source from which you want to deduct the amount. Either from your GCash fund or GCredit. And press the NEXT button.
6 Review the transaction details and tap the CONFIRM button. Please note that there will be an additional transaction fee for this payment.
7 Once the payment is successful, the payment reference number with the details of the transaction will be enumerated. Click the DONE button to go back to the main dashboard.
