For OFWs: How to renew OWWA Membership online

Did you know that OWWA (Overseas Workers Welfare Administration) has a mobile app where OFWs can check their membership status? It also provides access to view and update information and has the option to pay for membership renewal. The OWWA Mobile app is available to download in Google Play and App Store.

To know the steps on how to download the OWWA app and register an account to view your profile and renew membership, follow the quick guide below.

STEP 1. DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL OWWA APP

Click the corresponding icon below to download the OWWA Mobile App in Google Play for Android phones or in Apple Store for Iphone and Ipad users.

Click this icon for Iphone and Ipad users and it will open OWWA Mobile app in App Store

STEP 2. REGISTER OR LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

STEP 3. CHECK OWWA MEMBERSHIP STATUS

To check your OWWA Membership status, go to the Information tab. If the status is ACTIVE, your membership is still valid until the stated validity date, while if INACTIVE, there is an option to renew your membership. To renew membership, tap the Renew Membership Here! button.

STEP 4. PAY FOR MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

A new page will open. Most details are already filled out. Just select the contract duration and enter your job position, then press the SUMBIT button.

There are 4 options you can select where you can pay your membership renewal fee:

Select your preferred option to proceed with the transaction.

Pay Online via LandBank/OFBank ATM card

Pay via BancNet

Pay via Cash Payment

Pay via other Banks

STEP 5. CHECK THE MEMBERSHIP STATUS

To check your OWWA Membership status, go to the Information tab. The status will turn ACTIVE once the payment has been posted and validity date will be updated also. You can also check the payment history to see the OR number and date of your recent payment.

Aside from the Member's Profile, the app also shows the list of offered services and regional and overseas hotline numbers if you want to contact OWWA for your inquiries and concerns.

    OWWA apps is not working hitting the submit button. The link take me to the landbank.epaymentportal then to mps.owwa.gov.ph. nothing happen. Is there any other option to pay with the e voucher claimed from OWWA rebate program? Where can i renew here in khobar saudi arabia?

      Hi Sir,

      Once you press the Renew Membership Here button, it will be directed to mps.owwa.gov.ph, where you need to select the contract duration (24 months) and your job position, and press the Submit button. Then, it will be directed to the epaymentportal.landbank. In the PAYMENT OPTION tab, there are 4 options to choose from: LandBank ATM, BancNet, Cash Payment, and Other Banks.

    2. Choose Landbank ATM if you have a Landbank or OF Bank account
    3. Choose Cash Payment, and pay it in Bayad Center, SM Business Center, Robinsons, LBC, 7-Eleven, etc and ask your family member in the Philippines to pay it for you
    4. Choose Other Banks, if you have UnionBank, RCBC, and Robinsons Bank

      5. If these options are not available, you can contact OWWA hotline number. In the OWWA app, select the Hotlines icon and look for KSA Hotline number. There are two hotline listed for KSA, +966569819720 (KSA-Jeddah) and +966502850944 (KSA-Riyadh and Unaizah).

      I’m not sure if E-voucher can be use for the renewal.
