Telecoms, Cable and Internet Services that can be paid via GCash

Don’t wait until your cable or internet access is cut off. Pay your bill via GCash before the monthly due date. As of July 2021, there are 16 billers under telecoms and 46 cable and internet providers that accepts GCash payment via the app. You can pay either using your GCash fund or GCredit. Once the bill has been paid, the payment will be posted based on the biller, but mostly, it will be posted on the next business day. And please note that some of the billers apply an additional transaction fee.

 

Below are the lists under the Telecoms and Cable and Internet categories currently available in GCash. Each table also specifies if it accepts GCredit payments, how long will payment be posted and if any additional fee applies. Please note that this listing is from July 2021, any changes to the terms and conditions may be applied by GCash without further notice.

No GCash fund?

Here are the steps on how to pay for your bill

1 On the main dashboard, tap the Pay Bills icon to start the process.

 

2 Under Biller Categories, select Telecoms or Cable and Internet icon.

 

3 From the list of billers under Telecoms or Cable and Internet, browse and choose the biller you want to pay.

4 Next, enter the required details needed for the transaction.

Click the NEXT button to continue.

5 Review your transaction, then click the CONFIRM button to process the payment.

6 Once the payment is successful, the payment reference number with the details of the transaction will be enumerated. Click the DONE button to go back to the main dashboard.

You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number once the bill payment is successful. You will also receive the Payment Receipt in the email address you have provided while processing the payment.
