A new feature has been added to Chinabank mobile app updated version, the Reload or Purchase option, where you can top-up your E-Wallet accounts such as GCash, Pay Maya, GrabPay, and StarPay. Moreover, you can also purchase prepaid mobile load and reload AutoSweep RFID accounts.
For this guide, you will know the steps on how to reload GCash account using the Reload or Purchase feature.

Reload GCash account
STEP 1. Login to your account and select Reload or Purchase from the left side menu.
1. Login to your account on Chinabank mobile app.
2. From the left menu, select Reload or Purchase.
STEP 2. Add the E-Wallet account
1. Press the E-Wallet tab and tap the ADD WALLET button.
2. Select GCash from the drop-down list and nominate nickname. Then, enter your GCash account number or mobile number and click the NEXT button.
3. Review details and tap the CONFIRM button.
4. Enter the 5-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
5. Successfully added e-wallet account. Now, go back to Reload or Purchase page.
STEP 3. Reload E-Wallet account.
1. Once the E-Wallet account has been added, click the account from the list.
2. Select the source account, the amount to be loaded, and add remarks. Then, tap the NEXT button.
3. Review details and tap the CONFIRM button to proceed.
4. Enter the 5-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
5. Successfully topped up your e-wallet account.
STEP 4. Open your GCash account to check if the amount has been added.
