One of the features of the Landbank Mobile app is the Cardless Withdrawal. By using the app, you can request a cash code that you will need to withdraw money from any Landbank ATM machine without your ATM card. To enroll your LandBank ATM account for online access, go to LandBank iAccess link and click the Sign Up Now! below the login menu.
1. To start, request for cash code in your Landbank mobile banking app.
STEP 1. Login your account in Landbank mobile app
STEP 2. Tap the More from the bottom menu and select Cardless Withdrawal.
STEP 3. Tap Cash Code Request.
STEP 4. Select amount that you want to withdraw.
Select amount from the list or enter other amount and tap Done button.
STEP 5. Enter your nominated 6-digit PIN.
Then, repeat the 6-digit PIN for verification
STEP 6. Once the amount and PIN have been added, press the Next button.
STEP 7. Review the transaction details. If all information are correct, tap the Confirm button.
STEP 8. Enter the One-Time PIN generated by your registered device. And tap Proceed button to continue.
If your OTP Generator is enable, it will automatically make OTP. Just click Submit button to continue.
STEP 9. Transaction details will be displayed. Save the 6-digit Cash Code. This will be use when you transact at the ATM. Please note that the Cash Code will expire within 30 minutes..
2. Proceed to any Landbank ATM machine
Proceed to any Landbank ATM Machine. Make sure to withdraw the amount before the 30-minute expiration of the cash code.
STEP 1. To start, tap the CARDLESS button on the ATM screen.
Then, press WITHDRAW CASH.
STEP 2. Enter the 6-digit cash code and tap YES to confirm the transaction.
STEP 3. Enter your 6-digit nominated PIN.
STEP 4. Enter the desired amount. Make sure that the amount you will withdraw is the same value on what you have requested.
Get the cash and transaction record.
View Request/Cancel Request Cash Code
STEP 1. Select Inquire/Manage Request.
STEP 2. Tap the transaction details you want to view.
STEP 3. To cancel the transaction, tap the Cancel Request button.
STEP 4. Then, press the Confirm button.
STEP 5. You have successfully cancelled the request.

How to be eligible in cardless withdrawal?
Once your account is enrolled online and you able to access it through the Landbank Mobile app, I think you will be able to access the Cardless withdrawal feature. Just click the “More” button on below menu of the page and tap “Cardless Withdrawal” to make a request.
