The Overseas Filipino Bank (OFBank) is a digital-only and first branchless government bank. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK).
OFBank was created to cater to the banking and financial requirements of overseas Filipinos, Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), and their beneficiaries.   • OFBank Visa Debit Card for Overseas Filipinos and Overseas Filipino Workers
  • OFBank Visa Debit Card for Beneficiaries
  • OFBank Regular Debit Card for Beneficiaries (for customers below 18 years old, but at least 7 years of age)

OF Bank does not have a physical branch since it is a digital-only and branchless government bank. Using the OFBank Mobile Banking App and OFBank official website (https://www.ofbank.com.ph), you can access your account anywhere in the world.

However, LANDBANK branches may accommodate the following transactions:

  • Claiming of ATM/Debit Card
  • Replacing of ATM/Debit Card
  • Deposit of Checks and Cash (for areas without LBP Cash Deposit Machine)
  • Withdrawal exceeding P50,000.00

To get your physical OFBank Visa Debit Card, visit any LANDBANK Branch and present the ID you used during account opening

  •  View balances and transaction history of your savings and current accounts
  • Perform fund transfers to enrolled and unenrolled LBP and OFBank destination accounts and interbank transfers to other BancNet member banks via InstaPay
  • Transfer funds using QR Code
  • Pay bills to more than 80 merchants

To start opening an account online, you must download the OF Bank app to your phone either on Google Play or the App Store. Follow the quick guide below to learn the steps on how to open an OF Bank account online.

Once the OF Bank app has been installed successfully on your phone, open the app to start the process of opening an account.

Then, fill-out the profile details, create username and password, as well as mobile and email verification.

To continue, answer some security questions, enter other personal information, as well as financial and employer or business details. Take a selfie and upload a document or photo ID for identification. If successful, application will be send for processing.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive an SMS of your card number. And for the account number, it will be send to your registered email address.
