No more tedious paperwork or manual computations, as the app provides an easy and quick way to access your water bill. With this app, customers now have the convenience of paying for their water bill through various methods, such as e-wallet accounts and online banking. Account Registration
1 Go to My Manila Water App website, https://my.manilawater.app/, to register an account. Click the No Account Yet? Sign Up Now! button below the sign-in menu.
2 For individual account, click the I will Register Non-Business/Non-Organization Account button.
If you want to register a Business or Organization, you must complete the requirements needed before you can sign-up an account online. Click Business/Organization Registration or click here to know the requirements and procedure on how to send the files.

3 For account verification, enter the following details:
- Contract Account Number
- Registered Name in Bill
- Billing Date*
- Consumption*
*You can use the details on any of your bills for the last 6 months.
Tick (✓) the box to confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Manila Water.
Then, press the Next button.
Where can I find CAN? The 8-digit Contract Account Number can be found in the first column of the water bill Service Information.
4 Input your Personal Information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
And choose if you want to login using Email Address or Mobile Number. Then, click the Submit button.

5 Enter the One-Time Pin (OTP) that was sent to your mobile or email. And click the Verify button.
6 If the registration is successful, it will go back to the sign-in page. You can now log-in to your account.
Enter your Email Address or Mobile Number and press the SIGN IN button.
7 Another OTP will be sent to your email or mobile for verification. Enter the 6-digit OTP and click Verify button to continue.
8 Once you have logged into your account, your Manila Water account details will be displayed on the Dashboard. To review billing history by month, click the BILLING HISTORY tab.
There is also an option to have a copy of the bill. Just click the DOWNLOAD button and it will be downloaded to your device.
Want to pay your water bill?
Using the Manila Water app, there is an option to pay the dues via e-wallets and online banking.
