As they introduced the new Bayad app, the logo also changed.
Read the quick guide below on how to download the app to your phone. And create an account once the app is installed.
Download the new Bayad app?
Create a Bayad account
1. Once the app has been downloaded, tap Install button to install the app to your phone
2. Read the terms and conditions and press AGREE & CONTINUE button..
3. Enter the mobile number you want to register. And, tap SIGN UP button.
4. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your mobile number. Input the OTP to continue.
5. Fill-out the details required for your profile and click SAVE DETAILS button to proceed.
6. Create a password for your account and retype it to confirm.
7. You have the option to upload a photo and write a nickname for your account. Tap NEXT button.
8. All set. Click CONTINUE button.
9. Lets get started.

Upgrade Bayad Account
To have full access to all features of Bayad app, you must upgrade your account. Tap the Upgrade Now button on the main dashboard to begin the process.
1. It will show a table of the difference of Basic and Upgraded account. Press UPGRADE NOW to continue.
2. Write down your full name and tap the Next button.
3. Complete the other information required and click the Next button.
4. Enter the complete address. Tap Next.
5. For identity verification, choose the ID type and enter ID number. Press Next button.
6. You are required to take a photo of your ID.
7. As well as taking a selfie with your ID.
8. Then, take a 5-seconds video of your with the submitted ID.
9. Review the information you have provided. Make sure the details are correct. Then. click the Next button.
10. Your application will be submitted. Wait for the notification once your account has been upgraded via SMS or email.

- Add Money – Cash in via Bayad Center outlet and via Online Banking
- Pay Bill – pay utility bills and services
- Buy Load – Buy mobile load and e-PINS
