How to pay Pag-IBIG Contributions via BPI Online (eGov)

Paying government fees now got easier with BPI Online. BPI introduces the BPI eGov feature which is a fully digitized platform that enables BPI clients to pay government fees online. Clients must have an online access to their savings account via BPI Online or BPI Mobile app to use this service. The BPI eGov transaction is safe and secure as it requires OTP or PIN code for every transaction.

Here is the list of government agencies that uses BPI eGov as payment method:

  • DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS (DFA)
  • MARITIME INDUSTRY AUTHORITY (MARINA)
  • NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (NBI)
  • PAG-IBIG FUND
  • PSAHELPLINE
  • SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM (SSS)
  • SOCIAL HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION (SHFC)
  • TOURISM INFRASTRUCTURE & ENTERPRISE ZONE AUTHORITY (TIEZA)

Aside from the above list, there are other government agencies that use BPI as mode of payment. For the below list of offices, it will be directed to a biller portal powered by Landbank of the Philippines. Enter the details required and choose PCHC Paygate as your option to pay via BPI Online.

  • BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR)
  • CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION (CSC)
  • HIGHWAY PATROL GROUP (HPG)
  • LAND TRANSPORTATION FRANCHISING AND REGULATORY BOARD (LTFRB)
  • OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN
  • PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE (PNP)

*Note that payment through BPI eGov has an additional convenience fee of 7-10 pesos. 

Pay Pag-IBIG Contribution via BPI eGov

In this guide, it will show the process of how to pay your Pag-IBIG contributions or the Regular Savings through BPI Online. There are two ways to access BPI eGov feature:

  • BPI eGov Website – https://bpiegov.com/
  • BPI Mobile app main page

If you want to access BPI eGov through the app, once you’re on the login page, scroll up, find and select BPI eGov from the list of features. Follow the on-page steps and it will be directed to the BPI eGov website, bpiegov.com.

Once you are on the BPI eGov main page, select Pag-IBIG from the list of government agencies.

Once the Pag-IBIG has been selected, complete the payment form with the required details. 

  • Amount to pay – Enter the total amount to pay, if contribution is 200 per month and you want to pay for 2 mos, input 400 pesos. Please note that there is an additional P7 convenience fee.
  • Account Number – Enter the 12-digit Pag-IBIG MID Number
  • Payment Type – Select Pag-IBIG Contribution
  • Payment period coverage from – Enter the month from when you want to pay
  • Payment period coverage to – Enter the month up to when you want to pay; if only for 1 month pay, enter same month
  • Email address – enter your email address

Once all the fields are filled, tap the Validate transaction button. Check the details you have entered and press the Pay transaction button to login to your BPI account for payment.

To continue with the payment, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the Login button.
  2. Enter your username and password use for your BPI Online access and press Accept button.
  3. Select the BPI account from which the amount will be deducted. Tap Pay using BPI button to process the payment.
  4. A 6-digit code will be sent to your registered mobile number. Tap Pay button to continue.
  5. The system is processing your transaction.
  6. Enter the 6-digit One Time PIN sent by BPI to your registered mobile number and tap Proceed button.
  7. Payment has been successful. Take note of the Reference ID number of the transaction, just in case of any clarification.

To check if the payment has been posted, login to your Pag-IBIG virtual account account. Pag-IBIG payment posting is normally within 2-3 days.
