Pay Bills is one of the Bayad features available in the app. With this option, users can pay utility bills such as water and electricity, services like cable and internet, and many other Bayad billers' partners.
For this guide, it will show the steps on how to pay your Meralco bill using the Bayad app.
Important Note: If you still have the old Bayad Center app, you should spend the remaining funds available because the app will be deactivated after July 30, 2021. Click this link, https://link.bayad.com/byebcapp, for the said advisory.

Pay Meralco bill
1 Upon logging in to your Bayad account, on the main dashboard, tap Pay Bills icon.
2 Select Electric Utility from billers category and choose MERALCO from the list.

3 Enter the biller information, 10-digit Customer Account Number and the amount to be paid.
NOTE: To avoid inconvenience, input the exact amount of your total billing amount due and settle before the due date.
Then, tap the NEXT button.

4 Review the bill payment details and press the CONFIRM button to process the payment.
5 The payment will be processed and you will receive a notification via SMS and email once the payment has been posted.
