How to request Birth Certificate online​ via PSA Helpline.ph

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has an accredited partner, the PSAHelpline.ph, that cater online services to order a PSA Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) and Death Certificate. PSA is formerly the National Statistic Office or NSO.

If you order any PSA certificate online, after payment confirmation, it will be delivered to the address specified in your request. Delivery by courier may take 3 to 8 business days depending on the location provided.

Currently, here are the fees for a copy of each Certificates if you order via PSA Helpline.ph.

Below is the step-by-step procedure to order a PSA-issued Birth Certificate.

After completing the details required for requesting a birth certificate, you may now pay for the corresponding processing and delivery fees.

Here are the options on where you can pay the fees:

    • Palawan Pawnshop
  • ATM and over-the-counter banks
    • BancNet ATM

If you did not able to pay immediately, you can go back to the website and go to the Payment Options tab. 

Enter the 10-digit reference number to show the available payment option for the order.

STEP 3. Delivery

Once paid, wait for a few days and your order will be delivered to the address provided via courier. For Metro Manila, documents will be delivered within 3-4 working days. While for Provincial, the delivery of the document will take 7-8 working days.

Upon delivery, the person who requests the document must present one signed and valid original government-issued ID. 

To check the status of your request, go to Check Status tab and enter your 10-digit reference number.
