3 For security purposes, a One-Time-Password (OTP) is required before you can login to your account. There are two ways to do this: (1) Using OTP Generator and (2) OTP via SMS.

Using the OTP Generator, you should have a BDO Mobile App (click here to install) in your registered device. In your BDO mobile app, click the OTP Generator button and a 6-digit number will appear as your OTP. Please take note that this number is changing every 30 seconds.

Enter this 6-digit OTP number in the provided space and click the Proceed button to continue your login.

Note: Make sure that you have entered the numbers correctly. Only three attempts are acceptable and after that your account will be locked.

If you do not have BDO Mobile Banking app (click here to install), you can request OTP via SMS. Click the OTP via SMS text link for this option located below the OTP Generator option on that BDO page.
