The Commission on Elections or COMELEC has provided a website link where you can find your voting precinct for the upcoming May 9, 2022 National and Local Elections.

This online service will search and display the designated precinct or polling center of active Filipino voters. While those who have not yet reactivated their registration will see that their registration has been deactivated and will no longer be able to vote in the May 9 election.

Below is a quick guide on how to check your voting precinct online.

STEP 1

Go to the website link provided by Comelec. Click the link below to proceed, https://voterverifier.comelec.gov.ph/voter_precinct.

Once the link is open, select if you are registered locally or overseas.

STEP 2

Enter your first name, middle name, and last name in the provided space.

COMELEC provided some notes for names with extensions and other specific details.

People who do not have a middle name may use the dot or period (.) character.

If your name contains MA. or MARIA, try both variations in the FIRST NAME field.

If your name contains a JR, SR, II, III, IV, etc., try several variations of typing your Name.

  • in the FIRST NAME field after your first name, such as “JUAN JR.”
  • in the LAST NAME field after your last name, such as “DELA CRUZ JR.”
  • without a period, such as “JR”
  • with a comma and period, such as “JUAN, JR.”
  • with two (or more) spaces in between, such as “JUAN JR.” or “JUAN JR.”
  • or a combination of the above-mentioned variations.

To insert the “Ñ” character, simply click on the “Ñ” button provided at the side of each text field. You can also just use the Alt+165 combination keys.

It is also possible that the name was recorded as “N” simply instead of “Ñ”.

STEP 3
