Updated (October 2022): Ways to check AutoSweep RFID account balance

Passing through SLEX or TPLEX on your way out of the Metro? You will need to install AutoSweep RFID in your vehicle to go through these two major highways. Apart from SLEX and TPLEX, AutoSweep RFID is also required on NAIAX and STAR Tollway.

 

As major highways are now transitioning to cashless transactions, AutoSweep RFID was introduced by San Miguel Corporation (SMC) which operates the following expressways:

    • South Luzon Expressway (SLEX)
    • NAIA Expressway (NAIAX)
    • STAR Tollway
    • Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX)

 

To know the account balance of your RFID card, here are the ways to check it:

Also, the Statement of Account (SOA) is available to view when your account is logged through the AutoSweep RFID website or the app.

1. JustPay.to/ website

JustPay.To/ is an online payment provider that caters bills payment, reloading and top-up, and money transfer. One of the their biller partners is Easy trip. You can view account balances and reload the RFID account on their website.

To view the account balance, go to JustPay.to/ website, under billers list, tap the AutoSweep logo or click this link, https://www.justpay.to/autosweeprfid, to go directly to that page. 

Enter your Plate Number or Card Number/Account Number registered on your account. If you provided the correct details, the current balance will appear below it. And if you have a low balance, you can continue with reloading using this option. 

2. JustPay.to/ app (for Android only)

Aside from the website, JustPay.to is also available to download for Android phone users. The app is not available in the Google Play Store yet, but you download and install it using an APK. You can search in Google, JustPayto APK or you can go to this link, https://apkcombo.com/justpayto/com.justpay.to.mobile/. Once you are on that page, click the Download APK button do download the app. It will then prompt to ask you to install the APK in your phone. Just follow the on-screen instructions until the app is successfully installed.

Once you successfully installed the app, from the list of Billers, tap the AutoSweep icon. To check your RFID account balances, enter the Plate Number or Card Number/Account Number registered on your account. It will then display the current balance of your RFID just below it. You can also recharge your account using this app.

4. via AutoSweep RFID app (for Android Users only)

The AutoSweep RFID app is currently available only in Google Play Store. You can search the app in Google Play or tap the icon below to download:

Once you have installed the app on your phone, you can login using your email address and password. You can use your existing Web Portal Account to login into the app. If you do not have an account yet, tap the REGISTER button.

QUICK BALANCE

For a quick balance check, in the login menu of AutoSweep app, tap the QUICK BALANCE button. Then, enter the Account Number and press Check Balance button. It will display the outstanding balance of your account.

ACCOUNT BALANCE & STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT (SOA)

And if you want the full details of your account and request for a SOA, just login using your email and password.

When you are in the main menu, to check the outstanding balance, tap the BALANCE icon. And to check the Statement of Account per month, select SOA icon.

5. via Text Message

Text AUTOSWEEP <space> BALINQ <space> Plate Number or Card Number and send to :

  • 0917-860-8655 (Globe)
  • 0918-860-8655 (Smart)

Please note that the mobile number you need to use to check your balance should be number registered in the RFID account.

      I think you can add it via the AutoSweep app or website but it seems the app or website is always down and not loading properly. Try to visit any autosweep reloading station they might offer this service
